Office Depot

Went to this Office Depot to have multiple 12x12 posters done which definitely takes some time to get done. Service was done timely and done well! I picked up my order and realized I had forgotten a page. Andrew at the print station was on it and had it printed for me before I had gotten back to the store to fix the mess-up. Thank you to Andrew for great service and kindness!

Came in here recently to make a photo-copy of both my degrees. I remember being in a rush and got out the store a little too quickly. 2 weeks later I was double checking my degrees/photo-copies and I realized I left one of my degrees there by accident.

I called the store and Office Depot advised they found and it and kept in mint condition for the 2 weeks it took me to realize I left it there. The store manager was super super helpful and a life saver. They were extremely delicate with it as they brought it out too. An incredible store/staff!

FedEx department in office depo was great! Help me with everything! That I needed! I had a problem with a broken tv that was damaged when shipped to me. And for the major inconvenience they waived my service fee. Really appreciate everything

I use the print services at this Office Depot often for school and business, and they’re always so friendly and do an amazing job.

Employees here are amazing! Everyone pitched in to help me send my packages all while all kinds of customers were coming in. Super friendly and kind and patient to all the customers. I don't think I'll ever go to the post office again--Office Depot knows how to treat customers and get the job done! Pay these people more!

The manager Pedro was awesome! I had been having some difficulties getting a project made as I was told different things to do by different staff members. He was able to fix the situation and inform me on how to do it correctly the next time. He is a great employee and asset. Even as I watched him with other customers and employees, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

Jerry the print specialist & his manager helped me out big time this evening. I had a larger than anticipated print job & these two gentlemen went above & beyond the call of duty to assist me and got all my printing needs taken care of. WONDERFUL Office Depot location with impeccable customer service. Thank you Jerry and the store manager (I wish I had gotten his name!). You guys are the best and have a customer for life!

Jerry was super helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would have left the store without a solution, if not for Jerry. He took the time to understand what I was looking for regarding a new office solution. He really knew what was in stock and what options were available. I was very surprised to discover that Jerry had old been an employee for only 2 months. Very courteous too.

I had invitations printed and the quality of my order was great and so affordable! Way better than other printing services I have used in the past. I also liked the simplicity of ordering online and how quickly my order was ready.

My week was super busy and the Office Depot employees here (Raquel & Israel) were so patient with me after one of my colleagues sent the wrong print order and I was panicking (due to the presentation and programs beginning 20min from then). Patient, attentive, helpful, efficient, and kind, all while balancing the needs of multiple customers. Had to come back today for more printing and some last minute ordering - they did amazing again.

I went to the Montgomery Plaza Store and had an awesome experience. I worked with a young lady name Raquel. She and another young lady were working and they were good at what they were doing. I wanted to give both ladies a hug. Especially Raquel. She got a job done in a few minutes that I have been trying to get done for a week now. It was an absolute pleasure to be there today. I left feeling unhappy and satisfied after visiting the Hulen store and dealing with incompetence and rudeness. This store is right up the street from me, but am not inclined to go there anymore. If I can get the service and people actually know what they are doing, I will ride across town for my needs. Thank you Raquel for being professional, patient and kind. Keep up the good work! You deserve a big bonus! You made my day and you made the job look so easy! Thank you young lady! I'll see you again soon!

2 weeks late on posting sorry!
I would like to commend and thank Zach the manager at this store. I had been looking everywhere for a particular product and being without a vehicle due to an accident I was in someone else had to continue my search (very difficult) the item was online highly discounted at a competitor store. I called and Zach answered I asked him to check one if it was in stock (it was) two if it could be price matched (it could). I was so excited I forgot to tell him how much I was price matching it for. I quickly called my bf and he went straight there . Once he arrived Zach greeted him and unfortunately the item had too big of a difference to be price matched. Zach did his best to accommodate us in anyway he was able to. He didn't just let us go without helping us out. I genuinely appreciate his help. I was able to get a different model and smaller size for the price match price. Thank you so much! I will start shopping here again. Service used to be mediocre here but it is so much better now!

Definitely 5/5 for me. I was having flyers printed in store to pickup later. Issue arose, but let me tell you, I believe his name was Jonathan went above and beyond. Took care of everything while I was on a brief hold, he came back issue resolved! Able to get my prints and the price was cheaper than what I was originally quoted. Great customer service starts at the top. Management you’re doing something right over there!

I can’t express how much this Office Depot is amazing. Dakota in the service print area is truly an asset to your company. She is a great team leader, wonderful attitude, truly cares about the customer. She is very knowledgeable in everything computers and printing/editing. She was swamped and the last week I have pretty much lived there since I have been helping my brother out with a case. Every single time I went in there she had a smile and a positive attitude. I witnessed her doing extreme multi tasking while making us customers happy and teaching her co workers as well. I true leader and breath of fresh air. Thank you so much Dakota and Noe.

Not sure about what the whining reviews are all about but my experience at this location was nothing but superb.
I called ahead and made sure they had the particular office chair that I was looking for.
Josh the manager was eagerly motivated, very friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs when I visited.
I couldn’t even so much as carry it to the front door let alone out to the car because he was already all over it!
Very professional and polite too.
I thought great customer service was a thing of the past.......
Not at this location!
Give that dude a raise and a promotion!
