Target

I had an amazing experience in this Target. The store looked very clean and had amazing people working. They greeted me with a smile and they looked happy being there. Thank you to all the employees! You guys make the store amazing!

Xavien really went above and beyond to help me. He was very nice and helpful from the start. Everyone in the store was friendly and polite. I got everything that I wanted from here. This location was the friendliest Target I’ve ever been in. This location is where you definitely want to shop and spend your money at.

My favorite location. Close to my house and everyone is always so friendly. This location makes me feel at home away from home. I love the ppl @ the deli and at Starbucks. The people in customer service are always helpful and knowledgeable. Even the guys with the carts are so sweet. I LOVE TARGET, I want to be Target lol. ❤

My store guy's...did you know they sell some of the same furniture the high-end stores offer..lasting as long also. The quality is good. I even received some nice sheets.

always really nice customer service. Parking is never an issue. They always have carts ready to be used (you don't have to search) and the store brand options are very high quality is you want to save some money on thing you use.

Well stocked and clean, helpful staff but the managers seem like vampires. As per usual. They need to replace the card readers

I bought a green summer dress at Target. Loved it! Bought a white second one exactly alike. Same size Medium.
The white one always felt big and sloppy.
Odd because both labeled Medium.
I tested by laying the white one flat on the table; laid the green one flat on top of the white one; difference was obvious; white dress bigger.
I wanted to return the white dress to Target but how could I?
White dress didn’t have a receipt; had been worn; had been laundered.
I took pictures of my test results to back up my reason to return. Still…a very doubtful return.
At the Returns Desk at Target:
Me: “I need to return this dress but I don’t have a receipt”.
T:: “No problem. I can look up the sale with your credit card”.
Me: “But it’s been worn and laundered”.
T: “No problem. You can still return it”.
Me: “I can show you pictures that prove the dress was mislabeled”.
T: “Not necessary”.
Me: “Don’t you need to get your manager’s approval”.
T: “No, ma’am”.

This is why Target is my favorite store.❤

The Target is clean and stocked with an abundant supply of everything you need. Their prices on some things are lower than Walmart which surprised me. Clothes, food, shoes, health and beauty. Great store.

Very smooth process of ordering large bulky items for "drive-up" delivery. Never had to get out of my car

But I do like the joke about the National Poverty Line being an imaginary line between Target customers and Wal*Mart customers.

Nick, running Drive Up orders tonight (7/23/23) is the real MVP! Almost every spot was full, so of course there was a wait. I saw this man literally RUNNING peoples’ orders… SOLO
He was pleasant and even apologized for the wait. My guy, you are so good, it’s no bother at all! He deserves a medal…or a raise!

We love target ...they have the best return policy ...I know a couple of stores that could learn from target..they have the friendliest staff, they're helpfull and kind ...

I went to have an issue with my cell phone fixed. The store at Montgomery plaza has a tech on site. I had a bad charging cord.

Had the switch lite accessories my girlfriend had been looking for forever, SO wonderful. She's 100% satisfied and I must admit it's an adorable backpack! Fits all her accessories

Target is my favorite place to shop I enjoy it every time I'm there.

I had placed a drive up order two days before Thanksgiving that my husband picked up. I realized the night before Thanksgiving that 10 items were missing from the order. I called and spoke to Grant and he was super helpful and understanding of my frustration. He offered me a great solution and when I came back in to pickup the items that were missing, Abigail at the order pickup area was so sweet and patient! All of it was handled so well!!! Thank you thank you!

I'm always pleased! Great service and my products are always loaded with care. I have always had good experiences with an ease of a return/exchange. The employees are kind and helpful.

Love this target and it's employees!!! They let me charge my electric mobility scooter, and never say a word about it. Employees have Fantastic attitudes love coming here to spend my money. That is what little money I have. I come to this target almost every day, and sometimes twice in one day. Thank you very much target employees and God bless you all.
