Utilized this facility for my quick photo print out! The process went smoothly and I was able to print out some pictures and I’m happy.
I needed a few helps from assistant and they were helpful. Will be back to use it again.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Walgreens on Highland Knoll and felt compelled to share my positive feedback. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an associate who was both friendly and helpful. They assisted me in finding exactly what I needed, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could use my rewards, which added to the already fantastic experience. In a time where everyone is seeking ways to save, Walgreens exceeded my expectations by offering incredible deals on everyday essentials. I left feeling not only satisfied with my purchases but also impressed by the exceptional service and savings provided by Walgreens. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both quality products and great deals!

The BEST pharmacy ever!! They know you by name, know your meds, and always greet you when you walk up to counter! They are busy location, but do their best to get customers prescription filled quickly!

I truly am grateful to live so close to this Walgreens. The tech Cat worked for over 4 hours to solve a problem for me; ensuring that my son was taken care of. It's a scary time right now because many antibiotics are on back order. This makes it especially difficult as a parent because you don't want to have to wait and watch your child suffer. Tiffany, the pharmacist, and Cat took the time to educate me which I know they didn't have time for - especially during flu season. I can't imagine working at a busy pharmacy during this time of year and having the most common medications on back-order.
Cut the team here some slack when things don't go the way you anticipate. They try their best even when things are out of their hands. I see the hard work and I am so, so grateful.

I have been going to my local Walgreens on S Fry and Highland Knolls for the last 15 years for all my diabetes medications. In the last 3 years the pharmacy was kind of okay until today, the pharmacist Alma Perez was really outstanding, she cares about the customer and medications. Especially for diabetic old men. I hope I can see Alma Perez at this Walgreens for a long time. Thank you and God bless you Alma.

A year and a half ago i was told that I have stage 4 liver and colon cancer the staff at this particular store have embraced me and have been so supportive especially in understanding the meds that have been prescribed. Thank you 😁

Great selection, kind staff, a little trashy bathrooms, but not a bad Walgreens!

I haven't ever used the pharmacy here, but the front of the store is top notch.
I had valid, MANUFACTURER'S, coupons that for some reason the computer, and the manager, wouldn't take at the Walgreen's at S. Fry and 99.
Well, I drove up S Fry to this store, and every single one of them worked without a hitch.
Don't go to the store at S. Fry and 99, they are terrible in every single way.
This store is great, but I have no experience with the pharmacy.

I want to thank the Walgreens staff for their help. My car broke down last night and the cashiers responded to me for help. One jump start my car and offered me water, the other drove me home. Thank you very much, you guys are great. I wish you prosperity and all the best . 🙏🙏🙏Appreciated

SAMPSON, manager went far beyond & greatly exceeded my expectations in handling an on going issue for me. Have avoided going to this store for a couple of years because of poor customer service in pharmacy & previous store manager. Now, because of Alex's complete attention & keeping his word, I now look forward to shopping there again. Sincerely appreciate you SAMPSON. Keep up your good work!

This is my favorite Walgreens to go to. Have been going there over 10 years. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I know the check out counter is a hard place to work as is retail in general. Lou is very nice and always friendly. Managers always available and everyone in the store works very hard.

The pharmacy almost allways has the meds that I need and if they dont they will call other stores to help you find it. Not many pharmacies will do that especially CVS. The front cashiers are awesome and allways asking if you found everything you need. Especially Lou, and he is very friendly and remembers your name. It seems more like a small town pharmacy which I am accustomed to!

I've been living in sparrow's ridge for 3 years and this is the only pharmacy I went to, it has great service and very good snacks, but it doesn't have a clinic but thats okay there was a pharmacy that had a clinic not far from here it also dosent have an atm but I just go to the bank. The best pharmacy ever recommend you go here if you're close to it

There is no ATM. But overall super amazing staff. Mainly the cashier woman with the short hair and glasses. A+ service.

Ana went above and beyond to help us…a genuine interest and personal touch.

This is one of my go to places for not just meds and supplies buy misc anything else I need. Best of all, it's a quick in and out.
