Giant Apple Store. Tons of very helpful staff. They have the self checkout system for accessories here, great system for easy in/out if your traveling and need a charge cord or the like.

Came in for a diagnostics on my iPad and had no appointment scheduled. Dwight waved at me as I walked in and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and assisted me in using my warranty I had in place to get it replaced and was out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Dwight!

I did not have to make an appointment to do a theft and loss claim for my aye phone. They have public restrooms that look like they're from Star Trek.

I went in simply to buy a gift card and was a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of guests inside. I was sure it was going to be an hours long ordeal. I was greeted at the entrance and asked what I needed help with. I was immediately directed to one of the many tables. As I walked up to the table I was greeted and asked what they could help me with. I honestly don't think I spent more than 5 minutes in the store, leaving with exactly what I needed and feeling very happy with the courtesy and helpfulness of the people I came in contact with. If you need anything Apple this would be my go to store.

I was having problems with my iPhone, not charging. I took it to the Apple Store at the domain. One of the employees, Gabe, took the time and effort to really look at my problem, and was able to resolve it without being having to make an appointment and come back later. This is the kind of super customer service. That really makes customers happy. Thank you very much Gabe, you rock!

Emery was super helpful! Got me set up with my phone and screen protector and all that stuff. Super quick, super great experience!!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Even without an appointment. Answered all my questions. Very nice atmosphere. I recommend that you look up the classes. Very clean and sanitary.

This store went above and beyond taking care of me. I live in Temple and was having issues with my apple watch the Manager help get my watch processed seamlessly for a repair. I want to thank her and the team for providing an incredible experience, especially when our worlds come to end when our devices arent working lol.

Robin K was awesome. She assisted my friend with a frozen iPhone. She was able to adjust the settings correctly within five seconds. She knows her customer service. Will come again!

I cannot speak highly enough of the well-trained staff here at this Apple Store. I am a filmmaker and travel quite frequently for any work with clients. I trust Apple Store in Austin to take care of me & my business for any Apple product fixes. I recently ran into an issue with a camera sensor on my iphone 13 pro max being burnt out due to work with lasers, and they were knowledgeable enough to point me in the right direction. They are accommodating, cultured and extremely knowledgeable in their expertise! Thus far, the best Apple store I have gone to nationwide.

Expected it to busy (it was) with long waits without any attention from staff. Totally the opposite and had an awesome experience. I interacted with the greeter, store manager, customer service and the salesperson (David was most excellent ) all within the first 10 minutes. The sale took 10 minutes and the overall set up about 30 minutes. Walked out with a fully working new phone in leas than and hour without an appointment.

First time inside an Apple Store, like ever. No I don't use iphones...but the location is great, the store is nice, and the people who work there are amazing.

Had a demo on Vision Pro for 30 minutes. It was cool. And they had stock of every apple product

This place brings joy to my shopping habits/sightseeing habit. Somehow I have never managed to leave this place without spending money. Can’t wait to see what upgrades and stores are added to this place in the future.

I love Apple! Sometimes it is difficult to find someone to help because the store is always so busy! I think the pump drugs into the air the way all the people are just hanging around in the store. I guess they are using the WiFi I don’t know. But when you find someone to help they are very nice and helpful!

Had my first visit here today. I purchased a MacBook and all of a sudden it went completely dead on me. I couldn’t get it turned on for nothing. I contacted Apple and the rep tried getting it fixed over the phone but after unsuccessful attempts, she decided to schedule me an appt at this Apple store. I walked in and was immediately directed to the tech who would be looking at the computer. I didn’t get her name and it’s not on my receipt but she was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Cute too with a good personality! She started with the easiest thing first which was trying a different power cord and it immediately powered on. For some reason, my power cord had died and I needed a new one. She sold me a new cord and I was on my way in no time. Also, before I left, she informed me that Apple offers business accounts and it could help save me money. I never even knew such a thing existed so will be doing some research on it. Overall, I was there maybe 7-10 mins. What took me the longest was trying to find somewhere to park since this is in a very busy part of Austin known as the Domain. This store is also very busy, but very organized and ran very well. I have not owned Apple products until now so can’t really compare it to any other store. I will be returning to this one, though, if I should need help in the future. Good job Apple!

A place you never wanna go but the people are great and they have a good system. Went in for Apple Watch battery replacement and was not disappointed.
