AT&T Store

I had such a great experience with Vicky at this store!! She was so kind, friendly, and patient. She spent so much time and effort with me and my family making sure I was comfortable with my new phone. I'm so grateful that she handled everything so smoothly! I could not have asked for better help.

I have received absolutely wonderful assistance from David today.
He spent hours trying to get my phone working , helped me set up on line access, unlock my phone from the previous provider. I cannot thank him enough. I am so very grateful to this wonderful individual who went out of his way to accommodate every request of mine so that I could have a fully functional phone. Thank you.

Josh and Brandon shared exceptional customer service. I had gone to another AT&T store in the past where this kind of service was not available to me. I really appreciated all of their time and effort and explanation. What seemed at first to be very very difficult ended up being a pure deligh—, kudos to them!!

I visited the AT&T store to get a corporate number moved to my personal account after the transfer failed online. The staff of the AT&T store, lead by David, worked with me for almost two hours to make it happen. They managed to work a miracle even when AT&T customer service told them I was out of luck. So grateful: helpful, friendly staff at this location are miracle workers and nice humans to boot.

I visited this location today and replaced my phone I had purchased here about two years prior. I was promptly greeted, and did not wait to sit down with Sage, who quickly helped identify the issue with my current phone, as well as recommend a viable replacement.

I'm glad that I had such an easy time of doing business here in contrast to past experiences. I appreciate being able to interface with another human being when I need to replace my cell phone, and would hate to see something happen to this store, even if I haven't had the best experiences there in the past.

The manager was extremely helpful when I only got the run around from AT&T’s automated phone system and live phone agents. I needed a warranty replacement for a dead phone. When the shipped replacement turned to be both the wrong phone and missing battery and back, Joshua patiently and outstandingly helped me clear up the problem. Kudos!
