The UPS Store

I've had a P.O. Box with the UPS Store for going on 7 yrs and have always received great customer care with all business dealings. They always show their customers that they are appreciated. Thank you for that! Darren was of great assistance!

Going to this UPS store was strangely enough one of the highlights of my day. The folks working there were sincere and friendly. I needed help with getting some menus printed out for the restaurant and Ron was more than happy to help and provide feedback on how to make more of an impression with the menus. While I was waiting for the menus to get laminated, I was able to observe some of the pleasant interactions with the staff and the regulars there and it was nice to see how this store was not just a business but a part of the community here. I'll definitely be heading back to Ron if I need anything else done.

Very well run operation, courteous, efficient. Kudos to the manager/supervisor staff because sometimes UPS stores are dumpster fires but this one is very good, will be using it for all my needs in the future.

Called up to get some info for shipping a package back and got lucky enough to get Ricky on the phone. What a treat! Honestly, when I got to the store I had to meet this guy! Quick and easy after he answered my questions. You guys have a great asset in Ricky, make sure you treat him right. I can tell he really loves his job. And your entire staff made sure to mention how great he is on the phone, which was really cool. Super positive experience!

This is my go to place for returns for my Amazon account with the staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I added faxes, send out postal mail, and tracked mail. Even though they got a but busy, they remained courteous, friendly, and professional. Thanks to all and know you have my business.

I always come to this store to drop off my packages and everyone is always so nice. Recently I went to get passport photos done with my sister and the lady helping us was super nice, she was showing a new employee how to take the photos and they both did an incredible job!!

I love this UPS store! Its right around the corner from my house and they always accommodate me with any of my work prints or personal returns. I have had an amazing experience with the morning crew and evening crew. Rogelio today, with the evening crew, noticed their internet wasn't working for me at their store without me having to tell him and advised me to email my return shipping label to the store instead so he could help print it out for me. I also thought I had to buy a new parcel to return and he told me I didn't have to, I could use the same box. The team is always so fast, polite and VERY helpful. Highly recommend :)

I visit this location frequently and every time I go I have a great experience! The young men that work in this store are always VERY patient with everyone! They don’t get upset or berate customers when they aren’t ready like that other store that has purple in to and ends in X! They have Wi-Fi for their customers and help with packaging and shipping even though it’s not their responsibility to do so! I will continue to visit this location

I specifically only do business with this store due to their customer service. The owner/manager is hands on and cares about her customers. She even called me back to help me with an issue.

This UPS Store (#6872) at Grand Morton has some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered. I have always had a good experience here, and the people are super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes to be helped because they are well staffed and very efficient. Thanks for everything you do for our community!

It’s nice to walk into a UPS store to see a happy hard working individual. Unlike most locations where it seems like they hate their miserable minimum wage lives. The blonde lady gave me STRAIGHTFORWARD, clean and friendly service. It’s all us customers want. I’ll be back, we’ll see if this location can hold it’s quality

I was served by Jeremiah fast and professionally. He was very friendly and smiling. He will make you not only feel at home, but also important for the UPS store business. He is definitively a good asset for the UPS customer service.

I was a customer at the UPS store on Morton ranch and 99. The customer rep, Jeremiah was so pleasant. I came in to purchase 10 books of stamps but they only had 3 available. He apologized for not having all the book of stamps I needed but was willing to contact another store to see if they had the remaining amount I needed. I told him I was OK. However, the thought of him wanting to continue to help me was exceptional. Thanks Jeremiah!

Nampie is the best! She helped me get my return done in the most efficient way possible. She also gave me tips for the best way to get returns done in the future, since I don't go to the UPS store often. She provided the best experience possible. I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves for going above and beyond!

I went to the UPS store in Katy and a young man named Jeremiah was so helpful and pleasant. He took the time to help me email important documents. They need more workers like this who are happy to help. This is the place to go if you need anything done.

Great service and awesome people. Happened to stop by because the company across the street (Postal Copy Service) tried to rip me of big time! Postal over weighed my package and wanted to charge me more than double because of the upcoming holiday season. I understand the timing and needing to make a profit but Sheesh!
Carol at this UPS store was very helpful and extremely nice. I felt the price was reasonable enough, too. This will be go-to place from now on.

I had to ship antiques and they were ill prepped when I brought them in; also, I was flying back to Virginia in two hours. In one hour and 15 minutes, Carol and her team had everything packed properly, tagged and ready to ship. I got all the boxes on the day they were said to arrive. Some of the things they packed are 100+ year old treasures. Nothing was missing and nothing was broken. This has been my best ever UPS store experience and I wish I had Carol and her team here near me in VA
