I love this dollar tree I came in about for exchange (based on policy rules because I thought refunds were not allowed only exchanges) and spoke with Tina and she let me know they actually do refunds now.

I went up to counter and asked the sweet lady for a refund she seemed new to the refund process but called for help which i appreciated very much. What seemed like the manager came from the office and with so much patience talked her through the process and im very grateful because they made my experience very easy.
I went to another dollar tree (eldridge/westheimer location )the previous day and the elderly cashier complained about me trying to return the product from a diff dollar tree and the manager also said no refunds allowed. So now I know they were just not trying to help me. I will only be shopping at morton location from now on.

The cashier that had a hearing complication that helped me today went out of her way to help to. To her thank you very much.

This is one of the only Dollar Tree I've been to that has friendly workers. Not only that the only one that is organized and kept neat.

This Dollar Tree is by far the cleanest most organized dollar tree I have ever been to. There employees bust there bottoms to make sure the store stays clean of trash and clutter! The new store manager Shirley is the sweetest and she has done an amazing job with the store! An amazing Team of Employees!! Please be patient with them during the busy days and he lines seem to move slow…

This store has a variety of items! Wonderful for all occasions! The current employees including the manager are polite, professional and helpful.

This store on Morton is very nice and tidy, and was very well stocked. This will be my new DT location bc the one on S Mason is now awful. Truly awful. Go just a few miles N on Mason, turn R at Morton. Nicest DT I've been in.

Used to be my favorite cause it was neat and new but its getting to be messy like the rest. My issue I was paying with 100.00 bill and my bill was 48 dollars and they couldn't give me change. I had to leave everything.
