This visit definitely deserves 5 stars! Found everything I needed at just the right prices, especially considering the significant savings compared to a contractor's quote. Stumbling upon another item with a nearly 65% discount was a pleasant surprise--#letsgoooooo!

A big shoutout to Robert, the online order guy, for guiding me to the specific item I was looking for. Thanks to him, I got it just in time, with only 3 left (now 2). The friendly lady at the self-checkout added to the positive experience.

Kudos to Lowe's for turning what is usually an avoided trip into an extraordinary visit. Because usually when I need to go to Lowes, that almost always means something has broken. And for someone who is not too handy, this was a great experience!

I had an excellent experience at this Lowes location.
It wasn't the product selection that made the visit memorable, but the conversation I had with one of the associates.
He made me feel welcome and a valued customer as we discussed our experiences since moving to Texas. He was so positive and eager to help myself and others. The experience was so refreshing.

Friendly staff. Ample parking. They have a complimentary wood cutting service behind the lumber section. Video shows staff member helping to cut wood with electric saw to customer specs.

This location almost always has what I'm looking for! I didn't come to buy fruit trees but I always check them out to see what they're offering. The store itself is very clean and bright. There's staff almost everywhere to help, unless you're in the paint section (kind of odd)! Sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not. Overall great location to shop at!

Man this place is always so clean and the staff are always so polite and inviting! I used to shop exclusively at Home Depot... but lately the staff and the location i frequented were less then inviting to say the least.
However, coming here has been a breath of fresh air! My wife loves the plant section and the guys that work there never fail to impress me! The last 3 times we've went and looked at plants and out door fixtures they always offer to help, they are quick to smile and a couple of them recognize us now and have a joke or two ready! All I can say is thank you Lowes for the awesome experience!

Ok, so being fairly new to the grilling world (recently bought one and have been cooking on it quite frequently) I came seeking inspiration and was pleasantly surprised not only by the variety, but also the willingness of employees to offer their advice as well.

Although I haven't always been a big fan of this store, my opinion changed when Brendan approached us on April 1st. He was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information on lawn care and recommending a blower that proved to be a significant improvement over our previous one. What impressed me the most was that he took the time to explain everything in detail and showed genuine concern for our needs. Overall, I had an excellent experience thanks to Brendan's outstanding customer service.

I shopped for appliances and we were helped by the best sales associate! From his hello to his handshake after our appliance purchase was complete, Raul is the epitome of quality customer service in every way! He was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. What friendly helpful staff! I was there looking for a drill attachment and couldn't find it. Someone walked with me to every place he could think it might be and we eventually found it. Way better than their orange competitor's service. I have to drive past the other store to get to Lowe's but it is worth it.

I was in the store this past Thursday and came upon one of your sales clerks named Donna. Donna was so helpful in helping me find everything that I needed she went beyond. my expectations by not only showing me where to locate the items I need. She also gave me helpful tips in how to execute my project that I had going on. So the next time you’re in the store and you need help please ask for Donna her knowledge just blew me away. Lowe’s you got to keep her there, so don’t lose her. She’s a credit to her possession.

Best customer service of any other hardware's ive been to in the area. I can always walk in not knowing anything and walk out with what I need due to the professional team help. I also love that it is pet friendly so I can bring my puppy with me because he loves the car carts.

Wonder store with Awesome Variety of stock! I went to this locationn because my search for Ocedar Spinmop EasyWring said they were only store with it in stock! Sure enough! Garden center lady was very nice and they had alor if nice plants to choose from! I definitely will be back!

I drive a little further to come to this Lowe’s because the employees are friendly and very helpful! Really appreciated Mitch’s help gathering everything I needed to fix my roof. Thank you!
