Thank you to Irvin Clark for the best customer service. I was not able to find the stive that I initially wanted. Irvin introduced me with better alterntaives and at a cheaper rate ! He is super sweet ! He asnwered all questions and concerns. Irvin also elaborated me with information that I didn’t consider. Thank you Irvin fro helping me purchase teh stove that I wanted !

On the evening of Jan. 30, 2024, I called this Home Depot location for help with getting quotes for the work I had planned for my home. It was the manager, I believe, who picked up and I regret not getting his name. He exerted effort at getting the right person to assist me.

This was Jackie Belcher. She is the Pro Desk/Tool Rental Supervisor. Whenever I work with most stores over the phone, I generally brace myself for a mediocre experience, even frustration. I was blown away by Jackie. I will not go into the details but she hit the ball out of the park and made it orbit around the world. She addressed my needs effectively, even those I had not expressed. It is rare to encounter people like her and her manager.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Shaniece twice, and she has been incredibly helpful. Very courteous, understanding and overall extremely customer service minded.

I actually needed some help & found some phenomenal folks who were quick to grasp the queries I posed. I was impressed, as I tend to hold Home Depot to a superior rating.

This homedepot is high volume and very helpful staff. I can get in and out in 20 minutes to an hour. They typically have everything I need.

Nate in the wood center was a huge help! He was kind and patient as we navigated a large piece of wood that needed to be cut to size. We received 10/10 customer service from him!!

Fred and Janis were so very helpful today in the Lumbar department! They helped me find everything that I needed for my project and gave a few pointers and laughs along the way. Excellent customer service. Thank you! This visit made my day. ☺

After the Tamina Rd & I45 location completely dropped the ball. This location has knowledgeable staff, and they knew customer service. I love that the competitor is across the lot!

The employees that work there are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One employee in particular, DAVE, helped me find the right concrete anchors, screws and correct masonry bit to install a door threshold. His help was TRULY appreciated. Employees like that are definitely a rare breed in todays job market

Rented a lawn mower from them cause ours broke. It was an all wheel drive Honda. Worked amazingly

Luke, Ray and Ron all walk into a home depot .... Actually, I walked into Home Depot and didn't get a cart. I ended up buying some shelving and was trying to carry them to my car like Andre the Giant in the Princess Bride, when Luke, Ray and Ron swooped in and asked if I'd like a hand. They escorted me and shelves to my car, which was on thenoyhet side of the parking lot! I am so grateful, as I thought my tri and biceps might give out on me halfway there! The price of the shelves was great and the customer service was over and beyond!

Employees are nice and even though it is a newer store, they had a decent inventory

I was looking for a replacement blade and The customer service that John K gave me was amazing, he is the best person who can help you out in this store, very professional and gentle, thanks John!!!

#BreakingNews 😳. Finally found 🙌 the elusive Lysol disinfectant spray can this morning 🌄 , at Home Depot 20131 I-45 N in Spring TX. They had a good amount on the shelves at the entrance of the cleaning aisle, for $5.97 each limit 2 per customer and no hoarding allowed 😀. They also have plenty of Lysol disinfectant wipes on the shelves. Good luck 👍

I give my 5 stars to an employee there by the name of Lynn. She works in flooring she was awesome, knowledgeable took the time out to listen to me, gave me different options. I appreciated the help thanks Lynn I will be back to home depot.

I don't really like shopping at home Depot because if you need help the employees disappear. This location was very good and people were helpful
