Love this location. Staff super friendly, polite, excellent costumer skill as always. The location was clean.... Not to crowd. great experience. The flavor of the drinks and food were very good.

Excellent customer service and experience. Great staff while in the area I visited a few times and always went inside and was greeted with a smile and was always asked if any additional products/food cookies and I always ended up with a cake pop for my grandson. Thank you staff

Drive thru seems to be bustling any time of day, but the line moves quick and the employees are always more helpful and cheerful than other locations nearby.

This is our go-to Starbies as it's the closest location to our home. Since day one, the baristas have been incredibly friendly. They are always whippin drinks out quick, fresh, and delicious. I absolutely recommend the seasonal pumpkin scone when they have them. It's sooooo good!

Mira, the sweet girl that took mine andy 5 year old 's order at the counter was so sweet and went above and beyond to make his day and our little breakfast date perfect. Thank you so much ❤

I went to this Starbucks this morning around 9. I was going to use the drive-thru but the line was quite long. That's not unusual for a Starbucks with a drive-thru especially at that time of the morning. So I opted to go inside. There were several people in line in front of me when I got inside but the line moved rather quickly. They had the usual variety of food items that almost every Starbucks I have been to has. My drink was prepared perfectly. The store was clean and the products arranged appropriately on the shelves. The Baristas and all the staff were very friendly. I saw a former barista from another store who is now the manager of this Starbucks who I have not seen in quite some time as they used to work at another location. With him as the manager there's no doubt this store will certainly be a success. The store is easy to spot from the feeder Road of 99 right close to Riley Fuzzel Road/Rayford Road. It's located in the same parking lot as Walmart and Pet Supplies Plus.

Even though there was a long line, they were pretty fast. They were very friendly too.

Customer service is always second to none! I am enjoying my drink sooo much. They forgot my java chips but it didn't matter. I will be back.

Let's face it... Starbucks has a good business model. This particular has great speed & more impressive is their organization. The 'pickup' customer volume is very high which requires a process to facilitate. They've done very well, never experienced a problem.

Been coming here for a couple years now. I've seen this place get buuuusy in the mornings and the workers just pump out orders. The counter for mobile orders will be backed up from running late folks picking up their drinks. Great service, have yet to have an issue here.

I have been going to this location for nearly three years because of their AMAZING customer service! I adore the entire team here! Everyone has such a positive attitude. Lindsay is almost always the first one to greet me and obviously the backbone of the team. Adrian has a lot of knowledge of the drinks and really cares about building customer relationships. I really enjoy my conversations him. Kiley is always super friendly and Briana is so on point. Visiting y’all is one of the highlights of my day. Thank you all for being so amazing and really caring about each drink y’all make me :)

The baristas here actually pay attention and mix up the exact drink you order. Very polite and welcoming staff. Parking is a bit limited during peak hours. I've been coming to this store since it opened and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always smiling, helpful, and patient. Overall a top notch stop to get your favorite caffeine fix of whatever combination of goodies that they offer.

Went to get a PSL and Impossible Breakfast Sandwich, the perfect breakfast, never seen a Starbucks so busy. Even with them dealing with a rush, the crew was friendly and asked how my day was going. Impressive service and I could see their smile via their voice and their eyes since everyone was wearing a mask. Mary at the window and I the person that took my order, I think it was Will (hope that's right), they made my day!

Great service and I have never had an issue with my order. I order ahead in the app and it usually ready at the counter when I go inside. I do the pick up inside option because the drive thru can have a long line and most of the time it is faster to go in and pick it up. I have only had to wait a few times and that was when I ordered not long before going in so it hadn't been enough time.

This crew is the greatest. My granddaughter had a rough day a school and asked for some advice on her cup. It was a great love letter to her. She was so happy to read it. Y'all are the best. Keep the love going!!!

I always love coming here, all the workers are always super nice and friendly. I always love coming here to study and work on homework and they keep everything clean and the restrooms spotless. The workers are also super fast and efficient especially for how busy this location always is. 100/10
