Dollar General

Love love love my dollar gen! Of the two close in the area, this is my fave to shop. The staff is a TRIP (in a good way!) And they feel like family at this point! They are quick to get customers seen and checked out and have such fun stuff at good prices!! Love you guys!!

UPDATE: Since the previous review, I have revisited this location a few times just to be sure but they have for the most part new staff and updated the store!! I was greeted and the staff seemed to have a more laid-back attitude. I understand working customer service is a very hard gig but they were all smiles and enjoying the time together. The last time clerks were arguing and were very bummy. The store seemed to have a better vibe. I like that!!!

I love the items at Dollar General. The cashiers though just seem to hate their job at this location. I had a gentleman who checked me out and just seemed irritated. I get it you have those days however, leave it at the door just like everyone else has to do. I'll always shop at Dollar General, but will avoid this one.

I have been going to this location for awhile now. Michael has shown excellent customer service and has been consistent with it EVERY time I’ve been in contact with him. Please give this man a raise, a promotion or something! He is truly a rare find! Michael, you are appreciated!

Always nice employees .the store is always clean, always stocked on time and they sell out fast ..if you like it grab it! .. it wont be there the next day.. restroom is clean, my kids always want to use the RR at all the wrong times..

I've been going to this Dollar General store for years. I really love the remodeled version of the store, it's very welcoming as well as the staff. What I love about this store is that it's a mini mart that sells just about anything you need. I don't have a need to go to multiple stores anymore, I get products from food, clothes, and household essentials. If you don't have time to go to multiple stores make this Dollar General your one stop shop, it's always stocked. 😊

This will become my favorite store!! Michael, the clerk, was the BEST! Greeted customers, smiled, assisted, just made my day! The store is easy to find off Clay Rd. It was pretty stocked with everything i needed! This is a really good Dollar General! Michael really made my day! 😊💯👍

Went in to get decorated duct tape for my daughter and a few other things and the cashier was SO helpful. She told us about the inventory they had and about sales they were and are having. She was SO kind! I'm gunna come here more often!

Great customer service the only reason why I come here is because of your employee named Abby she always has a smile and goes beyond trying to assist me or anyone she encounters that’s how it should be..... on the other note some of the employees there need to get there attitudes check when I went there few weeks back the guy acted like he didn’t want to be there if you don’t like your job quit......

The store was a little cluttered. The young man that works there is the reason for the 5 stars, his name is J. J has a great attitude! He was quick to give a genuine and enthusiastic greeting as we entered, not the normal greeting you get from a dollar store. He had great energy and made eye contact as he spoke. His voice was clear and direct and friendly but also commanding. I hope DG knows they have manager material, or more with J! Good luck J, I wish you the best!

Excellent deals, variety, and stock 100% of the time...Always. A good place to buy makeup too because the same thing they sell at Walmart for 30 bucks you can pay like 9.99 plus tax.

They have a very good stock of food and house hold items.. have beer and wine as well. Right outside of neighborhood and very easy access. Most of the employees are very helpful and kind.

The night manager Eugene is always helpful, friendly, and knows products and their location very well. Always helps make a last minute night trip not feel so stressful for having to go so close to closing time.

Dollar general is my favorite go to store when I’m not in the mood for Walmart I can go in pick up items and be out all within 10 mins or less staff great helpful and friendly

We’ve been going here since 2003. They saw our children grow up. Great service, glad to se them back.I meant the one at 2002 Fry road, ste 117.

Best doller general EVER! Justin and Tiffany are on top of there game. Great customer service! Great attitude! Great work ethic! If you need Bluetooth headphones that's your place only $10

Great if you need last minute gift wrapping or cleaning supplies. This store in particular has everything even a small clearance shelf.

Staff is always there ready to check you out. They have a lot of options for the same item which is nice. I buy all my cleaning supplies here.

They have a lot of products and very good prices !
And its walking distance from my house. Like right across the street from m house.
Love coming here !

These people are great! I left the store and right before closing they called to say they had found my phone. I rushed over there and they were very helpful.

I want to say we was in RV park a month and went there often. Nicest personal ever. Clean, good stocked store.
