The light motor printed board for my swimming pool fountains stopped operating. In the month of November 2021. I have ordered the part from a so called "reputable" supplier. With them, the part was on order for about two months. I did not want to wait any longer and I did investigate who else does sell the part. Fortunately for me I have found POOLWEB. After placing the order with them, within JUST FOUR DAYS I have received the needed part. This is what I call A REAL REPUTABLE SERVICE, so hard to find these days. Online retailers are good most of the time. Their response when something goes wrong tells you a lot more. There was one item short in my shipment from Poolweb. I am pleased to report that they have a very responsive helpdesk and the matter was resolved within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

Poolweb is uncommon as a modern American distributor. I called at 4PM, told them I needed a common O-Ring that their website said was in stock.Unbelievably they shipped it overnight, I have tracking information that proves they did what they said they would do and I will have it tomorrow......whew. I owned and ran a distributorship in another industry for 38 years. This is how people used to run a business. I called 5 companies before I reached Poolweb. Not one person at any of the other companies could fathom how to pull off what Poolweb did simply, without assuming an attitude about my request. Well done Poolweb. Makes me wish I needed more pool supplies.

Great prices, they stock parts that are factory fit for older pool equipment .most items are in stock and ready to ship and then there are some items that take a little longer. Yes I will tell my friends and neighbors about poolweb.

Awesome. I haven't had my pool lights working for 3 years. Decided to change the bulbs when opening with the water level down. Had difficulty finding gaskets for my lights, poolweb had them. Also bought brass anchors to secure my ladder. Received items very fast, and they worked well. I will start buying more from here because they have a large selection and just don't keep the staples and not do full customer support. Very happy. Thanks!!!

I had been trying to get my hands on a part that several stores said they had in stock. However once you order said part they then let you know "sorry its going to take approximately yada yada yada". You get the picture. Not pool web. They even answered there phone when I called. Just being able to get someone on the phone is worth three stars. Customer service has become a thing of the past. Ordering on line is risky if you have a problem. The customer service agent I spoke to did a spectacular job. She was even nice. Product showed up when they said it would. Pleasant experience. I will call them first from now on.

Had the product I needed (led color pool light) at a competitive price. Their shipping and follow thru was super. Also they have a great team to help with tech issues. During this (hotel pool) shutdown, I replaced the main ball valve, skimmer ball valves and re-plumbed the lines. Unable to salvage the pump fitting, I ordered the needed part from Pool Web. It was processed and delivered in a timely manner. The customer service department contacted me, making certain I received the part and if I had any questions/concerns. This is GREAT customer service.

Bought a small part for my Hayward pool filter. Good price, easy ordering, arrived timely and was a good quality oem part. Email from the manager to check in with me was a nice touch.
Didn’t like the cost for shipping though - seemed kind of high for a small item weighing less than a pound.

Absolutely the best. Needed eleven brass pop ups for my security cover. Not the screw up kind, the spring loaded type. I had a choice of three places with a price range of 9 to 11 dollars each. Then I saw what appeared to be shot exact same thing on pool web for 550 each. So I ordered them. 5.95 for second night fedex.
They showed up 2 days later. Perfect. Great.
Ordered something else today.

Found the best price for the Color Splash XG Light Controller with this vendor. Tracking was issued immediately after purchase. Happy camper....and I made Jeff Bezos a bit less rich....lol

I was very happy with how clear the catalog information was. I received the correct parts very quickly and restored my double-lock pole to it's original factory operation, saving well over $100 to replace the whole pole. Then I vacuumed the pool to celebrate and went for a swim!
