Every staff member here is pure gold. I've been dealing with a lot here lately and unfortunately that means paperwork. Every employee has taken great care and shown tremendous customer service at all times. Forever grateful. I only go to this store now. Thanks for all you do!

Wednesday 11/01/2023, 8:30am. The gal that worked this morning was wonderful! I wish I would have got her name. I went in before work to get a package delivered. No big deal to drop a package off, but she was just super nice and very personable. She definitely started my day off in a great mood cause she was just that nice. UPS stores are everywhere, but I’ll be going back to this one because the customer service skills of this lady we’re just bright & shiny! So happy to see that!!

I just had to come on here and give a HUGE thank you to Randy and brandon;These 2 gentlemen were a huge help,not only did they help me with what I needed. But they were so nice about it, 100% customer service!!!! Thank you so much for all you do,I just love the attitudes the both of you gave off. I also seen how well the store looked and the other customers were taken care of too.

Love this store and the staff are always polite, welcoming, and efficient. The small town of Willis, has great customs and even better residents, this UPS store is a staple in our small town community.

Randy's customer service is top tier! I really like how efficiently this crew works. They always make the lines move quick and chitchat with you which makes the experience well worth the cost. Over all, very respectful CSR's that put USPS customer service to shame!

Excellent and swift service! They are friendly and helpful! We get all of our packages and mail here. We are in and out in less than 5 minutes! Definitely worth the money over the archaic post office!

I called and spoke to Ricki and she was so helpful! I had quite a few questions and she was super sweet and patient with me. There's no survey to take to show her bosses how much she helped me today so I'm leaving this review for them to see!

I went in and dropped off my Amazon trade-in with no hassle. Friendly staff. Randy was who helped me.

This is a GREAT UPS STORE!...EVERYONE in the store has the ATTITUDE OF FRIENDLY SERVICE WITH A SMILE. I just love going there.

I absolutely love this UPS location in Willis, Texas! We've been going here for the last 5 years and have had excellent care from all the employees. I want to give a shout-out to Randy - he is always in good spirits and friendly. Randy is knowledgeable and very efficient. He makes sure to pack my boxes so that all my items always arrive safe and sound. Trina is a fantastic manager, she makes sure the store is run smoothly and with friendly and quick workers. It has been our pleasure doing business with this UPS store. Thanks for all you do!

I've used UPS shipping stores all over the U.S. for our businesses since 2012 and this particular store for the last year and a half. All of the employees are fantastic, particularly Trina and Randall. They go way above and beyond to get things right and make things easy. My favorite UPS store!!! A tip for those of you with QR codes....just take a screenshot. It works just fine and you don't have to worry about wifi or internet. I do it all the time. ;)

Cannot say enough great things about this UPS store. Recently switched over to having my printing and copying done here, besides just shipping. They do a great job with my designs and always at a great price. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.

I have been utilizing the printing/delivery services of The Willis UPS for almost 5 years now. They have always produced a stellar product while administering excellent service. The staff is always kind and courteous as they are a reflection of the Manager Trina who truly cares and is passionate about what she does. I highly recommend this location for your delivery and printing needs they are fantastic!...

I can't say enough nice things and Trina and Randy at the UPS Store in Willis. I had several boxes to ship and they were so helpful. They both took the time to get to know me and make me feel like a friend. And while I was there several people came to get their mail from their boxes and they knew them by name and spoke to them asking how they were. It is so nice to see people actually caring about others instead of just doing their job. I would recommend if you need UPS service drop by and see Trina and Randy. They will take care of you!

The UPS store in Willis, TX is by far my favorite go to place to pack, ship, copy & have business cards made! They just about do it all. Randy &
Trina are stand up class A people. Their customer service is outstanding. They have become family and well, you just can’t go wrong with this UPS location. I don’t usually write reviews about places at all but I must say the this ups store is the best store I’ve ever been 2. The customer service is outstanding it was like I wasn’t a customer I was family they helped me ship everything I needed to be shipped I had to overnight a huge package to Japan and the 2 employees named Randy and Christina helped me with ease, kindness and patience I have never seen such amazing teamwork from any establishment I’ve ever been 2 that extremely nice and beautiful young lady manager I believe named Trina should be proud her employees doing business at this store has restored my faith in humanity in today’s youth being helped by that beautiful young lady named Christina she was the most kindest smartest young lady I have ever met and That other employee named Randy it’s been 84 years since ive laughed that hard. I wanna thank this store and only this store for showing me happiness and purity in today’s world I will most definitely do business with this store till the end of my years thank you UPS store in Willis bless you .
