Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Great recommendations and they even ordered me something special because they didn’t have it and I said I frequent and do buy it. Boom a week later it was in stock. Great business!

What can I say that you don't already know??? This is the best smoke shop on the Southside for tobacco products and accessories, and they are open later than every other smoke shop, so swing by and give them a try!

Staff is so, so nice to everybody. I go out of my way to go here even though I'm closer to Harks. Also most reasonable prices in the area, and they have sale items sometimes like $12 vapes! So clean in there too, always smells good, nice pieces. Best smoke shop around.

Everyone on staff is dope. They're all cool. If you're the "discreet type", they can match that energy. I'm nosey. I've peeped a few low key transactions. Smooth enough to keep your business your business. Fair prices. Friendly people. Cold drinks. What else do you want from a tobacco shop?

This is my favorite tobacco shop in the twin cities. They have a great selection and the service is impeccable. They are so busy and always are so nice and patient. They are great at helping you find the right product too.

This place has really stepped up their game! I've always enjoyed my visits here but the updates were needed. It's almost always super busy yet the staff is great at keeping the line moving fast plus they're always friendly. As a matter of fact, it's very rare to have to wait in line at all and after just a couple visits it was nice to be remembered, gives ya that small town feel in the big city! An uptown favorite of mine for sure!

Some of the best variety of Loon products. Friendly staff and they have beverages and some snacks. So a smoke shop+ but not a convenience store. It's a good combo and I will keep coming here.

When it gets busy sometimes parking can be a bit difficult. Nothing bad on the store, just something to keep in mind.

I feel eternally blessed that the Loon is our neighborhood corner store. The people who work there are THE BEST. They have everything you need, the gyros are great, and it's always fun to watch the parking lot and wonder, "Why...did you park/back out like that..?"

Always highly satisfied with every single person that works there is always on top of their work, they’re amazing at their jobs always smiling every single one of them.. makes your day just with in the couple mins your in the shop..
