Ups is not even attempting to deliver packages and just leaving them to be picked up by customer. We even have a sign in our building to advise not to use UPS since they don’t deliver. I called and ask for an investigation in the regard and they just say the are trying to deliver tomorrow. I don’t care I want an investigation over fraud. You are charging for a service not been provided.

This is an access point to pick up packages notice says after 1pm but the gentlemen inside says UPS guy will be here in 2hrs it's 20mins after 1pm.
