Despite being a very busy branch, this Lowes is awesome. My order was processed in a timely manner. Conveniently located by both Morris Ave and Rt 22, I am very happy with the service that they provided. Id especially like to thank the associates in costumer service/return department who went above and beyond their call of duty. Thanks Lowes.

Just purchased an LG top load washing machine. Representative was extremely nice & helpful! She was patient & informative!

I went to purchase doors and the gentleman was very helpful unfortunately, he was being pulled in different directions and I was not able to purchase my doors at that time though I did find what I wanted.

Great customer service! There is a Lowes rep at this location (her name is Lily) who went above and beyond to help my mother in the garden section. She was very professional and helpful.

Way better customer service than Homedepot and thousands of items to spend the entire day inside.

First time buying something from Lowe's and had a very good experience only thing funny was when I pulled into the parking lot I see a lots of police cameras meaning that they have the tower camera setup over here I guess something must have happened over here I do feel safer. The paint department there was a manager there he was very very very nice and I had a very good experience in the store I will definitely come back here again. Totally forgot to tell you the pricing it's decent price for a good brand name paint sprayer.

This Year lumber is expensive. However customer service is top notch. Rosa in tool sections was very helpful.

This Lowe's location is worth the trip. I've been shopping at this Lowe's for well over a decade. I've purchased everything from large appliances to do it yourself tub and sheetrock repair kits to light fixtures to work gloves and on and on. Not once have I had a bad experience with the staff. And I understand they have a hassle free return policy. But I can't confirm that because I've never had to return anything I've purchased. But if I do have to return something I've purchased I'll gladly provide an updated review . Overall this Lowe's location is definitely 5 stars worthy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🏾.

This is my new -go to- home improvement store. HD is much closer but they have started to raise prices a lot and even though I use my veteran status to receive a discount there are now a lot of restrictions at Home Depot. Loews doesn't restrict anything I buy. If the total is $250 then I get a discount of 10% period or $25 bucks. At HD some items are not allowed a discount but you don't know that until you checkout.

I usually go to Home Depot but was pleasantly surprised to see 2 parking spaces designated to us Veterans!!!! That was awesome to see. Thank you Lowe's! I also appreciate my 10% discount.

I seriously never go there in a rush and not find what I want quick and also leave the store quick!!! They have the best staff and they are very friendly!!

We stopped into Lowes after dinner to pick up some plumbing items. This location is set up where it is pretty easy to find what you are looking for, whether it is a tool or accessory. There were so many tools and accessories here that I needed to get in, get my things, and quickly head to the checkout line before I was tempted to purchase any extra items from Lowe's. There was an amazing display of items that makes it very enticing to pick up extra items -especially near the checkout lanes. However, some of my most useful purchases come from the "check out area teasers." Anyhow it's a neat home improvement store with good customer service.

I've not really been a Lowe's person, but this store may have changed my mind! The store is so immaculately organized and clean! It's amazing! The staff is calm courteous and supremely helpful!!! I went in to exchange Craftsman tools and was surprised to find such a gem of a bix box hardware store. Even the garden section has so much to offer!!! I think I may frequent this place more often!!!!

I asked someone for an alternator for my toilet so I can be energy efficient but I was denied service because apparently that didn’t exist. I’m just trying to save the planet. I got mad so I got on the intercom and screamed Home Depot for the win. They kicked me out but I made sure I got one of those Weird multicolored lollipops by the self check out before I left. 10/10 would salsa dance again.

Always a fun of Lowe’s. The entry has a water leakage that has not been fixed for years. Ironic, right?
