Fantastic selection of European foods and some really neat Russian gifts.

The lady working was so helpful and kind. I wasn't sure what we wanted to try and I'm not familiar with reading the Russian language.

The biscuits with jam were #sogood and the vodka chocolates - absolutely amazing.

I will go back for some beet salad when I am headed home so I can put it in the fridge.

My wife and I just stopped in for the first time and loved it! I’m trying to learn the Russian language as well as more about the culture and loved seeing all the different foods they have to offer. The person working was really helpful, she helped us find things we liked and was very approachable! I look forward to coming back 10/10 !

Perfect spot. The Uzbekistan people are absolute sweethearts and even though the shop is really small they are able to manage it really well. They have a food truck called the red square (I might say the name wrong sorry) that has a lot of good meals ready to eat.

Edit: I forgot to mention they gave me some bacon chips (i would describe them as). I never got to thank them cause I haven't been there in a while. I just wanna thank the nice woman and man who was workin there.

My fiancé and I have visited this charming little store a few times and they have always been very friendly and helpful during our time there. They stock unique items from numerous Eastern European sources and have seasonal/holiday specials made in-house which are always a delight. We would highly recommend this store to anyone interested!

Great store I've been shopping at since it opened about 20 years ago. Wonderful assortment of products, friendly stuff and the owners who often work there, convenient hours. I was looking for certain foods and the owner ordered them for me, so next time I came there, they had them available. Very accommodating. I certainly recommend.

Romashka is THE PLACE I GO TO TO GET MY Atlantic or Baltic sea HERRING fillets in packaged in very good oil.
(I rinse them, slice then, add onion slices and regulat good sour cream and refrigerategiving me and friends about a week to enjoy tgese delicious healthy morsels on my favorite crackers!!! Wow)

It's not a big place but thank God it is here, well , in Linworth on 161.
Very friendly and the ONLY place thar allows me to have fresh real herring in sour cream or lickled --not just the ones in very small bottles with preservatives at the big grocery stores...and much cheaper this way.

I highly recommend ROMASHKA.
You can tell it's authentic because many customers speak Russian. I don't but growing up in my hometown of Chicago, I love friendly, neighborly small ethnic shops. They take me back to my childhood when all tge shops were neighborly friendly and sold real food

The shop itself is fairly small, but the owners are nice, and there's plenty of good things to try.

I am highly offended by all the negative reviews I am seeing here. During this difficult time, I am so grateful to know such wonderful people, the owners of Romashka and Russian Home; For all the positive vibes and support. I love the store, I love to atmosphere. The owners and people working at the stores are always so friendly and helpful. I have never really had any issues with any of the products and I feel confident that if there is ever an issue, I can comfortably solve this by reaching out to the owners. Thank you so much for being here!

Amazing store! Great owners and people. Do not listen to the recent 1- star views. There’s a Ukrainian group asking to write bad reviews on this store and lie as this small business is run by immigrant Russians. The owners should not be getting this just because they are Russian. Most don’t even know, that both of their parents come from Ukraine! Politics are not people!!! Stop the hate!

Please don't hesitate to stop by and experience the great store for yourself. Some negative reviews are nothing in common with reality, they are from certain people full of political hate. Please stop by and you can see what reviews are fake and what not. They assist well with questions, provide recommendations and even let you try before buying. I normally leave with great satisfaction of great conversation and jokes and hands full of bags with groceries . The owner actually helped last time to load them into my car as I got too much! Some of recent negative and one-star reviews are nothing in common with the reality, those are from folks full of political hate and trolls. Please come and experience yourself the authentic atmosphere and tasty goodies! Don’t hesitate to ask for advise!

It is exactly like a little store in Russia or Western Europe in general. You get exactly the same vibe. The door is always closes, but there is a little sign that says "Open" or "Closed" so you know exactly what to expect. What you see marked is what you pay (nice touch to already have included taxes in the prices of the products). It has a variety of delicacies that you don't find easily in Columbus: pelmeni, grechka, smetana, ikra, etc. at reasonable prices. The guy who owns the store is a really polite Russian guy with whom you can talk in Russian if you want. I'll definitely go back again.

Visited this little store last summer on our trip from Michigan. Bought a whole bunch of yummy goodies. Everything was tasty and fresh. The owners were very friendly and helped us make our choices without being pushy. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite store in Columbus. The food here is delicious and you can't find it in other stores. I like to buy ice cream, chocolate, sweets, pastries, national Russian and Ukrainian food here (jelly, cabbage rolls, borscht). There are very tasty pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, cabbage, prepared according with traditional recipes.

Very nice store, friendly staff, kind owners. The kids club adjusted to it is the only place for kids with Russian speaking heritage in Columbus and suburbs to maintain their language, culture. Whoever is writing negative reviews just because of a banner that is opposing the war and stating that Russian and Ukrainian are brothers just increase level of hate and anger that is more than enough nowadays.
