I needed last minute copies and a poster for my business event and I ordered everything online. The whole process was clear and smooth and easy! The options for paper quality and sizing was all customizable on the website. I was worried because I had a big order with different specs but everything came out PERFECT and good quality!! My order was ready for pickup within hours and when I got to the store the associate was kind and detail oriented enough to divide everything out so I could clearly identify each order. No mistakes, everything was exactly as I indicated online :) I was so relieved and I trust Office Depot with my business!!

Maggy is nice friendly and helpful when I came to print out or copy my documents. Thank you so much for your always help and very friendly. I will come back again when I need to print out or copy any more documents.

I love this Office Depot. Their customer service is excellent. Leslie in printing went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday banners come to life. She is very knowledgeable. Definitely worth coming back to this location.

Leslie at OfficeMax in Signal Hill was the most helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind and professional staff member I have ever encountered. She helped me with what I thought was an impossible task at the same time she was helping no less than five other customers in person and on the phone. The others looked like they were walking away happy and I did too. She helped fix all the mistakes I made in trying to prepare my order and she ensured that it turned out correctly and on time. I will be forever grateful to Leslie. Please give Leslie a raise OfficeMax!

The manager saved the day! There was some sort of mishap and the register froze mid payment. After waiting and the manager offering me options, I was able to walk out of the store with my purchase! He even gave me an additional discount to honor the original total!

She went above and beyond in helping me get my Aunty’s Funeral Program done in a timely manner as well as making sure I was satisfied with the type of paper and so forth with the final product. Great experience at the Signal Hill CA store. Sales associate Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products I was considering and answered all my questions. Price was good for the large monitor I purchased.

Maggie in the print center is simply the best. She went above and beyond to ensure that my Dad’s celebration of life obituary printed perfectly. She made a very difficult situation much easier. I truly appreciated her work ethic and attention to detail. I will definitely go back for my future printing needs. I wish everyone provided the same level of customer service like Maggie. She quite frankly was simply the best!!
