I purchased replacement toner from LD Products for both of my Brother laser printers recently. I had an issue with a Cyan cartridge and reached out to support via EMAIL. I received prompt assistance, and after other troubleshooting efforts failed, they sent a replacement for no charge whatsoever. My printer is now up and running!! Great prices, greater service!

This company won my future business due to their excellent customer service. I ordered toner through LD with standard 2 to 4 business day shipping. Unfortunately my toner suddenly ran out, and I had to have it overnighted from another company. I thought it unlikely that I would be able to cancel my order with LD, but Dennis called the warehouse and got it cancelled just before it shipped. He really went above and beyond to cancel an order two days later. Companies that focus more on long term customer relationships rather than the immediate sale are wise. Highly recommended.

I have been a client of LD Products for nearly 2 years and rely on them for all my drum and toner needs. They offer a solid product at unbeatable prices, usually with 1-2 day arrival time in Los Angeles. I had an issue with a drum unit and I called them about it. In 10 minutes I had a new one sent (free of charge) and it arrived the very next day. My printer now works perfectly fine. I cannot speak highly enough about their value products and their service. I have been using LP Products for several years. I find their product to be extremely affordable and appropriate for most of our cartridge needs. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Any time we have had an issue or question with a cartridge, they have always been willing to promptly send out a replacement, refund, or help with compatibility issues. I appreciate having LD products as an option for our printing needs. I am writing a review frankly because I was surprised by some negative customer service reviews. In my experience with them (and again, I have been using them regularly for several YEARS) I have never had an issue that they were not on top of and willing to do whatever was necessary to make it right. They stand behind their products 100% even when I have ordered the wrong cartridge for my printers, - (100% my mistake) they gave us a full refund and corrected the order for us.

I have a Canon printer and I print photographs up to 13 x 19 inches from home. Their inks are a lot cheaper than Canon inks but the quality is the as good if not better. Their customer service is spot on, although I have never had to contact because of a problem. I've had dozens of orders shipped to me from them without any problems. All orders have been shipped out promptly and without any problems.

This is one of those places you just decide to try and they turn out to be a good find. I had experimented with recycled ink cartridges years ago and they weren’t that great. But considering that a 4-pack from Epson costs around $60+, I decided to give it another shot. I’m happy to say this recycled 4-pack of inkjet cartridges works well and they’re only around $20! They don’t last as long as genuine Epson cartridges but at $20 a pop it comes out to about the same, or a little less than, the cost of the Epson cartridges. So give them a try!

Could not ask for better service. Ordered toner for my work printer for half the cost of the manufacturer's price. Received the order extremely quick. Everything works perfectly. Only one concern is that my printer seems to be making a few odd noises that it didn't use to make. But overall very impressed with LD Products, will definitely be using them in the future for my toner needs.

I have a brand new brother MFC-J5330DW printer. When I had HP printers I had been buying good aftermarket cartridges and toner from another company. Unfortunately, their brother cartridges were not recognized by my new printer. I tried LD for the first time ever. All 3 color cartridges worked with no problem. I'll order again when the time comes.

These folks are great! I've been buying products from them for about 4 years and they ALWAYS go above and beyond! Today I learned that HP (that evil company) again inserted a code to not allow any ink products to work in their printers. This means all the private brands like LD must change the chips in their printer inks so they will operate on HP printers. I called HP and they basically said "Sorry..." Then I called LD who had warned me with an email of this. In my case their fix to download a previous version didn't work for me so... LD replaced all 4 of my ink cartridges for free! Who does that? LD Products does and I recommend them whole-heartedly!!!

I ordered several toners from them. First time, sent wrong color, and spoke to the owner personally. They not only sent a replacement next day, they let me keep the first one! Since then, orders have arrived as ordered without any issues. The quality is great and the price is way better then OKI OEM prices (4x lower). Me likes.

I've been buying ink cartridges for my printers from LD Products for a few years. On a couple of occasions, the cartridges didn't work or caused an error on the printer, but I simply called LD and they swapped the defective cartridges no questions asked. And their prices can't be beat. A few times a month I get phone calls from telemarketers saying they can save me money on ink. I simply say, "No you can't." I tell them the prices I'm paying, and even they can't believe it.

Have been buying all my printer supplies from LD for over 8 years. They're great. I've only had one issue on over 50 cartridges and they gladly replaced, no hassle! I don't buy from anyone else!

This company is AMAZING! Not only can you buy the same cartridges for your printer, postage machine etc. As a business owner, we are always trying to save on cost. The price for these cartridges really saves me 1000's of dollars each year!

Discovered LD Products years ago. Started with the refill kits and moved to the remanufactured cartridges when the kids went out of state to college . Quality is great and only had one problem when the wrong cartriges were shipped to Indiana. One quick call and the error was corrected and the replacements were expedited. Yeah!! My coworker told me LD has a new facility in Long Beach, CA with a retail store. Going to stop by this week and see if I can get my next set of remanufactured cartridges in person.

I have puchased at least 40 of their cartridges, for four printers, and I never had a problem. Great service when i go into the store, and great and fast delivery.

I love this place. They are more of a wholesale web order place, but they have a small retail counter. The staff is courteous and professional and their toner prices are great. They even gave me a 15% discount because I had to wait a while in line. Not even necessary, but super kind of them. You have gained a customer for life.

I've spent over $300 in ink refill in the last 6 months which is a lot at $5 each. The quality is equal to the $15 Canon price. I always receive my orders fast and at a great price.

Very good product. Company representative extremely helpfull when my printer updated and replacement cartridge I had on hand would not work. They replaced the cartridge promptly. I highly recommend.
