I trusted Joe and his staff to take good care of me and my possessions.

The local UPS store I frequent is UPS off Pine Street. During the protest a few months back, the store was unfortunately looted. Tsk Tsk. While that store was inoperable for a short period of time, Joe, the owner, had gone above and beyond to make sure all post box holders from the Pine location were still able to retrieve their mail & packages. He rerouted all of our mail & packages to Signal Hill & made it all so easy for us to pick up. He really takes care of his customers!

I just left this store. I believe it was the owner who assisted me. I got in and out of the store quickly and he was very nice and helpful. A little but of kindness goes a long way, especially in the world we live in today. I will go out of my way to use this store for my shipping needs.

Love this place. It's easy to drop of Amazon returns or mail packages 📦 . The staff is friendly and it's conveniently located.

Service is nice. Just they close way before the time on google maps in weekend. I went there a few times in the weekends, some times almost 1 hour earlier before, still ends up like closed. Maybe due to COVID-19?

This is my go to store for Amazon returns, never have any problems. All the staffs I've encountered, all are nice.

New business just recently opened. The owner was extremely helpful finding some extra material to protect my laptop and didn't charge me. Excellent service!

Making returns are SO easy and quick here. Literally took me less than 5 minutes to return something . Can get crowed sometimes but overall great service!!!
