AT&T Store

These guys were wonderful when I came in a few weeks ago. My phone died and I wanted to switch over to my husband’s plan. Verizon did everything they could to block the switch, but the AT&T staff problem-solved their way through every hurdle. Extremely patient, kind, and helpful techs!!

Mark who took care of me was excellent and answered all my questions.
Would recommend him highly.

Had a great experience this time around. Daniel Lopez was aware of my situation. He got me in and out in about a half hour. I got a phone I'm happy with and a service I'm happy with and a fair price for my service. Highly recommend this location and Daniel. He was absolutely fantastic and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be returning to this location.

I came into the store because I had an issue with a fraudulent claim with Asurion/AT&T and Daniel L. was Great! He listened to my issue and tried to help best he could. He was extremely understanding and very courteous to me. I really appreciated how he was trying to get to the bottom of the issue I was experiencing.

If you are looking for great customer service go and see Ryan and Danny at the AT&T store on Central Avenue. I went there with my family to upgrade new cellphones. They both were so helpful in getting us into the right cellular plan, the right iPhone 12s and made sure we got the most for our money. The two of them work great together and are exactly what great customer service is all about.

Ryan Stanton and the staff were very professional. He answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Ryan found every discount possible and I benefited with a upgraded phone and a new watch. Most importantly was the simplicity of the transaction.

Customer service was fantastic. Management (Thalia) helped my dad and I switch from sprint and was very patient and knowledgeable while working through some issues with our old phones and lack of planning before the switch.

There was even a deranged unreasonable customer in the store causing trouble and the manager kept her chill and was uber polite. something I wouldn't be able to do in customer service.

10/10 would recommend

Robert at the AT&T store on Central Avenue is awesome. Very attentive, helpful with all of my questions & took care of my upgrade.

Dan was great helped me find the right phone and with an upgrade. He also found the perfect case .i have been an att customer for over 10 years. This was the best service. He was also able to explain things so I could understand. Great customer service he did an outstanding job

Ryan was the best. Solved a confusing issue which has been plaguing my account for five years. He was the only one I have worked with at ATT that not only understood the problem but was able to solve it. He not only solved this issue but was able to provide impeccable service which not only saved me 100.00 of dollars but allowed me to keep a device I was perfectly happy with.

Ryan at the Sylvania Ohio store was very helpful. I didn't feel rushed and he answered questions I hadn't thought about. This is only my 2nd time doing business at this location and both times I've been impressed with their impeccable service. I don't recall the other individuals name but they worked great as a team.

The place is great. I got hooked up with a great deal for cheap. The guy was smart, so it's nice that he knew what he was doing. The guy was also patient, and I mean I had a hundred questions for him. If you need a new phone plan, definitely check this place out.

I stopped in 1 minute before closing last Friday just to check their inventory on a certain phone. My plan was to come back in the morning if they had it since they were closing. Dakota was extremely helpful and confirmed they had what I was looking for. I didn't want to hold them up since they were closing but they were very friendly and sincere about getting that phone that night. Dakota and the Manager insisted I get the phone that night rather than having me have come back the next morning. I really appreciated them saving me a return trip and appreciate the great customer service.

Dan && Ryan did a great job helping my partner and I get our phones after At&t had canceled the online order. We really appreciated all the time and effort they put into providing great customer service =]

I recently decided to change phone providers, and while out I stopped into this location and met Spencer. He was able to provide me with enough information to make up my mind to switch to AT&T. If you have any customer service needs I would recommend coming to see this young man. Great job, Spencer!
