Pet Supplies Plus Sylvania

I usually shop the Alexis Rd. PSP, but since I was shopping near this Sylvania location I stopped there. I was happy to find the dog food brand (and specific variety) that I always buy. In other words, I appreciate the consistency of product choices throughout the various locations. And, the friendliness/ helpfulness of the employees also seems to be the case chainwide.

Jeff is one of those managers that you wonder why he isn’t an area business director for pet supplies plus. His service and friendliness is unmatched and despite having one closer to my house, I always come here.

A top notch pet store for sure! They always have my dog food brand stocked and they are helping out with the non-profit i volunteer with. I couldn't ask for a nicer crew of people, and they have the coolest toys in town! The parking lot is huge and very convenient, and the location is perfect for getting in and out of! Love love love PSP in Sylvania!

We buy a lot of our pet food here for our cats and dogs. Prices are comparable to other pet stores. The people are very friendly and helpful. We like the rewards program, and we appreciate the coupons and deals.

Awesome experience - I couldn't remember the name of 1 of the dog foods I purchased so I inquired - I received a very friendly response with the product name, flavor and date of purchase. I ordered it online for curbside pickup and it was ready within the hour. Drove up and the put it in the trunk for me and thanked me for my business.
It was a real pleasure!
