No sugar coating, and no pushiness. Erin was also very helpful in helping me with the tech portion with the Kia app. They really seem to want to make the customer happy, and I appreciate that. This was my first time buying a car or even looking at a car. My experience from start to finish was amazing! Taylor Kia treated me amazing on my service visit. My car needed a new transmission. I was concerned how I would get home and they offered me a shuttle to take me home. They also provided me a rental car to get to work the next day. When I returned my car was working perfectly. They took care of me quickly and with great care.

I recently bought my son on November of 2023 to Taylor Kia. Got a great Kia Forte for a very reasonable price from Chris Molnar. I believe customer service is just as important as the product you are buying. I was so happy with the service i came back in January 2024 for another Kia Forte. Gabriel Caudill was easy to work with not trying to sell us something we didn’t need and he was one of the only people that could get us in a new car for a reasonable price which has been very hard to find! Will be back when I get my van!
