Panera Bread

An excellent location. A spacious and comfortable place with friendly, warm service and food served just right.

This, of all the Panera locations, is my favorite. They get my order correct every time and they are so friendly here. It's also a convenient location whether I am heading to work or visiting family.

I meet two young ladies who were outstanding in customer service. They worked together well and enjoyed their jobs. They make eating at this location in Maumee a delight. I have been there several times. They both always greet me with a warm smile. Thank you.

And waiting is gone lunch is ready and back to work on time.

Cindy in catering is awesome! I get catering orders often for my job and I can always count on them being perfect when I come to this location. I will drive out of my way to come see Cindy when I need orders.

I LOVE Panera Bread! I had been studying at Panera Bread since 2010. Master's and Doctoral programs = MANY years and countless hours. NEVER had one bad experience. Now, that is fantabulous! One of my favs: strawberry banana smoothie!

Ordered Door dash because I had Covid 19. Needed healthy food.

Food is good and offers are accurate. Even when busy the wait usually isn't to long.

food was super good, the ladies at the counter were really kind and helpful. they chatted with us and helped us pick what we would like. clean, quiet atmosphere. we stayed over an hour

The service is great the app is easy to use..My wife is addicted to the French onion soup. I love the sandwiches I'm partial the Turkey Avocado BLT. The customization options are great and the to go packaging is great . I feel like this is one of the few food establishments near me that really care about what they serve and putting the customer first! I highly recommend if you want something fresh and healthy options!

The employee with disability is amazing. My lunch and day was brightened today. Good job sir and company. If only there were more people like him...

I meet clients and business associates all the time at this Panera. The service is always quick, the food is amazing and the restaurant is always clean. Definitely my favorite “go to” place!

They have a great selection of healthy food. Everything is customisable to suit your taste. They have a ordering kiosk system which is wonderful. I simply login and can access all my past orders and can checkout without taking my credit card out of my wallet.

I love the Rapid pick up. It's saved me a few times when I'm short on time. I also appreciate where they are heading with the quality and sourcing of the food. I wish more companies would serve better food like Panera.

I ordered take out and everyone was very friendly. I was at first disappointed because I had tried calling them and they did not answer so I was afraid they were closed. The manager tonight was so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to help me. He told me his name but I can’t remember it but I will come back just because of him!!! I do appreciate all the hard work all the service people do . Thanks 😊. I know this manager said he came in personally to completely sanitize the place.

My boyfriend and I come here far too often... but the service and food is always great! Fast, fresh (or at least it tastes fresh!!) and friendly service.
