I actually refused to go into this store, but under emergency circumstances I had to……
I wish I could remember his name but this was the best cvs experience ever! Customer service was amazing 🤩 not rude, snappy or overworked as usual…. He even helped me set up my Apple Pay! And continued to treat the next customer with the same respect ✊ thank you very much!!!! ✊✊💯👍👍

Any complaints I see about CVS, try Rite aid--the one I used was closed on weekends for lack of available pharmacists. Good luck getting a script filled to save your life! Every pharmacy has it's quarks. Pick your battles, save your life.

So I've been coming here for awhile and recently moved and was forced to go to another CVS...it does not compare to the pharmacy staff here in New Kensington. In New Kensington, they are very friendly, helpful, and courteous each and every time...i never had a bad experience and i just feel the need to recognize these employees because they are great!
