The employees at this location go above and beyond their job title! All of the employees have wonderful people skills, and do the absolute best to serve each and every one of us! Even amongst their busiest days, they always go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of and that our packages are handled safely! Most weeks, I am in there shipping out orders almost every day, and not only do I feel incredibly appreciated, but I feel blessed to have such great people on my side.

I’ve had to send plenty of packages over the past few years, and everyone has been welcoming and friendly. Very efficient too! They get people in an out in a timely manner.

I needed to figure out how to ship my package to a UPS STORE in Austin, TX for pick up, rather than delivering to an address. I called the Austin store several times to figure out if/how this could be accomplished & was repeatedly referred to ups online, but even that wasn't clear.

I finally decided to contact our local store to see if they could help. I spoke with Tami & was advised to bring my package into the Springfield store & they'd get me taken care of! She advised that my package could be shipped to a store & there would be a small additional fee.

Seriously??? SO EASY!!! THANK YOU, TAMI for being Kind & Proficient in your job! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They're so nice. They make me feel comfortable. Sometimes going into UPS can be very difficult. They make it so easy and they do it every time with a smile.

I went in to return some weights that my husband had purchased. I required assistance for getting the package into the store, and for repackaging the items. The transaction could have been very difficult but the people made it a quick and easy process and were very friendly!

I am very happy with the service I have received from this store. Every time I have dropped off a package for shipping I am in and out in just a few minutes. I even got a title notarized there. The gal had to go thru some instructions so it was a little slower but time was reasonable. All the ladies that I have met there have been pleasant with a good attitude.
