Ace Hardware

We stopped here to get a wind spinner and Fred’s customer service was above and beyond. We loved this store too. Their garden decor section was awesome and offered so many cute items. Definitely stop by and check them out. We were inspired by their DIY cactus out front made out of pipes. What a great idea for a Christmas tree in your front yard.

I have never had bad service here. Shelly is always kind and helpful. Thank you so much. Highly recommend choosing this location for non grocery retail.

Kim was a really big help today. Suggesting a different product to me to help with a problem I was having. It was slightly more expensive but it is going to work better than my idea.
I also met a staff member that I believe his name was Padmay? Very nice young man and he was also a very big help. Employees like this young man make me want to return to your store rather the going to that large Orange store in town.

The service here was spectacular! Brian went out of his way to find a solution to our problem and recommend the needed parts. We are so grateful!

Amazingly varied selection of products beyond what you'd expect from an Ace. Actually a fun place just to roam the aisles.🤣

Excellent customer service. Everyone greets you and asks if you need help. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Clean, well stocked. If they don't have something, they will order it or help you find out where to get it.

This is by far the nicest, biggest hardware store ive ever been in. They even had a rv propane hose i needed!

Although you are guaranteed to pay more than you would at the big box stores - It is entirely worth the price. Selection is good. What makes Ace "the place" is the customer service. You can walk in, immediately be greeted and have an individual ready to answer any questions you may have. Unlike the box stores where you have to beg for help.

I love this Ace Hardware store! They have EVERYTHING! A great selection of garden supplies and decor, way cool kitchen products, the BEST girly hand tools, and exceptional customer service.

Called to see if they had a certain part and they were very friendly and helpful getting me the answer. When we went to the store we also had great service. Right when we walked in we were greeted and he helped us find the part right away.

I have over many years been to a number of ACE Hardware stores from NY & CT to AZ. This place was fantastic. Like visiting a museum. You can spend 30 mins. just checking out the huge inventory. Very helpful staff as well.

I needed an off the wall size bolt to finish repairs on my car. I was amazed at the selection of fasteners that this store carries! Also, it seemed that everyone there, (employees), we're very well trained, highly personable, and even anxious to please. Will be my hardware store of choice while in Cottonwood, from now on.

Great people. Amazing customer service. Got all of my screens for my windows on my house and was surprised how fast these guys got it done. Definitely will be shopping here a lot
