Attention shoppers shopping in the store the week of a holiday especially Christmas is a nightmare. Please be prepared to have multiple substitutions in mind for when the item you're looking for is not available or hasn't been in existence in that particular store in days.
Be ready to deal with stinky smelly sweaty people rushing in and out of aisles trying to grab items as quickly as they can before those are gone as well.

You have coffee shop inside shopping area. Very epic. Loves sushi as well. Also staff very cool and very nice and also super W much love five star raining indeed.

Went to the pharmacy. They ladies in there are extremely friendly and polite. They answered all our questions. Will definitely use the pharmacy from now on.

Kaiden was our bagger and he’s absolutely the sweetest person ever and made our experience 100% better excellent customer service!

Safeway kept very clean. Isles never blocked with piles of on sale items. Employees are polite,except bakery. Shopping after 7pm is best time. No lines.
BUT, it would be nice if the digital coupons worked better. Since I downloaded the app every time I've had trouble one way or.another. See

The store is beautiful. Not all of the bakery staff is as helpful and friendly as other parts of the store. Too bad as they do nice work. The tower cake was leaning as the didn't have it refrigerated when I picked it up. We made a feature out of it and it worked out. It didn't look as pretty but it tasted great!

RX is outstanding, best service and performance I have found in Cottonwood. Genuine and thoughtful courtesy everywhere in this Safeway location. Well stocked grocery and very clean too!

Fresh bread straight out of the oven! I couldn’t resist the temptation of eating it right then and there… Because, warm bread, right?

Ok selection of cheeses, which is why we went there… tried 3 other grocery stores and none of the other places had good cheese.

Safeway is always well organized and clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. Self checkout is easy, only a few moments wait time if that, spacious enough for checking out with a few to several items. Shopping Safeway for their weekly specials and app downloads make grocery dollars go farther.

Safeway is always my go to store to get groceries. the atmosphere is wonderful and the prices are affordable, not to mention the Starbucks inside is the best. the pharmacy however sometimes gets very busy and say their computers are messed up and I almost always go home without my prescription. 5 stars

I went over to get some flowers for the table for my daughter's Thanksgiving table. The flowers were beautiful,fresh,fragrent, and a fair price. I also checked out the bakery. What a nice display of Desserts. I boughtv2 pies. Much better than Fry's.

After 30 years of Shopping at my local Safeway, I give 5 stars for consistency,and for the amazing pharmacy staff, and all of the hard working people there. Hardly shop anywhere else!!!

The pharmacy is the best here. Albeit the Starbucks location could be moved back or to the left a little it does a disservice to the pharmacy. Whitney and all of the staff are customer service oriented and kind. I am in a fixed income and they helped me find the lowest price. I am very grateful and have transferred my scripts to them.

Just got into town for a four day stay. Stopped in to pick up breakfast items. Selection was excellent with many healthy option. I was relieved to find the homeopathic remedy I use for colds and a few other norml drugstore items. I was able to pull up my loyalty information with my phone number. At 9pm, only self check out available; but there was a helpful employee that was at the ready for assistance. Actually throughout the store every store employee encountered was helpful.

Recently remodeled and updated. Safeway remains one of the best places in the valley to go shopping. The majority of the employees have been there for 20 even 30 plus years. The staff is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you. The new sushi bar is excellent and they're always adding new items to select from. There's a hot wing bar and there is quite a selection of pre-made sandwiches and other things for a quick meal. They expanded the beer, wine, alcohol section and it is much improved.

I am a huge fan of the colossal carrot cake. However they eem to always be out of it. I do love this store for anything specialty for recipes I may not be able to find elsewhere.

Nice spacious grocery store. Wide Iles nothing is crammed . Staff is great.

Safeway's florist team put together the perfect bouquet for grandma's birthday. Good communication. Easy online order. Delivered right on time. Thank you for sharing our love when we couldn't be there.

“Shopping” is a usually surrounded by the circumference of looking forward to walk out the doors with a smile on your face, putting away items in the car, looking forward to taking the new purchases including food, home accessories, etc. it really is a small, yet build up type of deal when you show your family and or the roof in which you live under the food you’ll be cooking for them, taking care of them with there needs. Safeway has always felt as a regular shopping spree, in route to get whatever I so need, and get out, but I stumbled across lately, a wonderful woman by the name of Mary Caron, who I had a wonderful, and meaningful chat with. She made me feel as though I had been great friends with her and as though we were just catching up. She made me feel more comfortable than your every day store managers would. Your store is so blessed to have that woman. She is that 1/1,000 when it comes to interactions. You won’t find very many people like that nowadays. GIVE HER A RAISE!!! Hahaha.
