All the servers are Pepe's are always so nice. The energy is great at this place! All staff have a Big welcoming smile on their face. They are very attentive, friendly and kind.
The food is delicious! Service is prompt. Although on weekends the wait can be a bit. Very busy for breakfast on Sundays. But most definitely worth the wait!

Fantastic!! What a great cafe! Everyone is so helpful and no matter who your server is every member of the wait staff offers to help. So impressed! Happy I found this place on google maps! I highly recommend it!!

A local favorite! The service is spot on. You’re greeted with a “good morning” and a smile immediately walking in the door. You never have to wait for a table , coffee / water is never low. Food comes out at timely manner and the prices are unbeatable. Always my go to breakfast.

The food is great and reasonably priced. But for us it was the HOSPITALITY that struck us. As we approached the door from the parking lot, owner Pepe had the door open and was ushering us in with a smile and warm greeting! We were seated by a very friendly hostess and waited on by a similarly friendly waitress. The whole vibe was one of “we are glad you are here!” From our window booth, we watched Pepe meet and greet each customer. And when he saw a person approaching in a wheel chair, he hustled out to assist them and get them to a table.
My wife told him how awesome he was. He told us there is no other way to act than to be nice to people. You don’t see that much these days. So again, the food is great, you won’t be disappointed, and the customer service and hospitality are 10+!

Family owned, family oriented, no wait seating, offering a range of dishes to satisfy every taste. Delicious hot meal with generous portions. You will go away fat and happy, savoring for the next visit!

Place was packed. The staff was calling locals by first name. The owner was constantly circulating tables to make sure every customer was being served to his high standards. The staff was over the top happy and friendly showing you they enjoy working there. Can’t say enough about the experience we had as out of towners. Very impressed. Food is basic diner food and was good. Thank you!

Had that welcome feeling here. Multiple servers made sure someone had our drinks coming. Cleared our table of empty plates. Excellent service.

Great food, great price, and awesome service from all the staff. Pepe himself was being a serious vibe guy.. I think he checked on everyone in the restaurant multiple times, making sure we are all satisfied. I rarely experience service like that these days. Was awesome to see. Thanks yall!

This cozy cafe has great friendly service and hot tasty food. It's very popular with locals and can get very busy. However, they're quick to get you a clean table/booth as fast as possible. Your coffee won't get cold and they always have reasonably priced daily specials. Enjoy!

One of the best managed restaurants I have ever been to. Service is great, the owner greets you with enthusiasm at the door and shows you to a seat. Food arrives quickly, Tastes good, And is not expensive.

Pepe’s Cafe is such a hidden gem in Cottonwood, and I would suggest to anyone driving through from the Sedona region and or its around vicinity far and wide, to stop by and check it out. The prices are great, specially if you have a large family to feed! The food is so good and is home cooked. They have such surprisingly fast service and they have a great diner feel. They greet you with such great welcoming heart felt energy that they feel like family! Even the owner goes around to each table greeting all of its patrons, and he really tries to make the extra effort to show you that you really matter and they’ll take care of you. I am so impressed with their genuine warmth, fast service and good atmosphere, that i fall short of words to express what a gem they are!

This is one of my favorite little places I've found a long my journeys. I will forever recommend anyone I talk to that's coming through cottonwood to stop in here. The service is always phenomenal the food is amazing and the value is unbeatable. What an awesome little spot. I highly recommend getting something with the pork green chili as it's got great flavor.

Visiting from Texas and hit the jackpot with this place. First time we visited we were met with genuine smiles, had great food and a wonderful encounter with the owner. Couldn’t have had a better experience and went back 2 more times in a four day visit!! Highly recommend!!

The best service I've received in Arizona. The staff is so thoughtful and accommodating. They were packed when I came in but my food was still great and I got it quick. I should have checked out this place sooner!

I lived in the area for 10 years and would go there often,and every time I visit from Pittsburgh. loved Pepe and the staff, friendly, always crowded and of course the food. Breakfast's are standard and so are the American dishes but the Mexican dishes are some of the best in the area, and I've been to them all. Look at my photo of Huevos Rancheros with chorizo. When I first started going many years ago I first noticed local Police eating there all the time, so I new it was going to be good..

I absolutely loved this place. Great food. Wonderful atmosphere . Great service. I'll go back anytime I'm in town! Go you won't regret it! Even with the wait. Promise!

Don’t miss this for breakfast! Such a wonderful down-home atmosphere and food! Staff is very very attentive. If it looks like there is a wait, don’t be fooled. The kitchen is fast but the staff does not pressure you to eat fast. Worth it!

Very nice and friendly staff. The food was great. We walked in just before closing, and they insisted we stay and made us amazing food! Great prices, too.
