Walmart Supercenter

Had a lovely experience at the pharmacy today. A bit of a complicated situation and literally all 4 staff, Melissa, Jennifer, Hope, and Zoe, were helping me at some point. All with patience and a smile. After a horrible situation at another grocery store pharmacy, these ladies were refreshingly competent and helpful. Thank you!

Had to buy two new tires for my vehicle today ($230.00). Called Walmart Automotive Department to confirm the tire size I needed was in stock and could they install them today. They said yes and I could come now to get them installed. Automotive Department employee named Dillon greeted me and helped me fill out paperwork and said he would page me in the store in one hour when my vehicle was done. Dillon also rang up a few items I had in my shopping cart so I didn't have to go all the way back to the front of the store to pay for my items. He saved me a lot of time today and I appreciated it. Fast service in the Automotive Department and Dillon's customer service skills are a rare find. Please make sure Dillon gets some type of recognition for being a great employee!

The people there are really kind. Very helpful and there's a lot of employees. Too bad California can't follow Arizona's lead with anything. It would be a better state I'm embarrassed to live in California. Hopefully I can make it to Arizona.

All of the employees are so helpful at this Walmart! Customer Service and the Cashier girls are terrific...always good fast service. This tells me they must have a great Manager at this store! Walmart has a great variety of products. It is my favorite Walmart Store!

Great products and great prices. Good selection. I like the choices I have when shopping here. I love the mobile app and how Walmart pay can show me pictures of the things I bought and it makes returns a breeze.

I got my car high centered on a rock about a half mile from this Walmart. I walked there and they were kind enough to let me borrow a tool to help get me unstuck. In the process of my car being stuck I accidentally punctured a tire. They weee able to repair the tire and get me on my way without trying to overcharge me or have me buy a new tire. Very impressed with the customer service and speed of the automotive department

Dear Walmart, thank you for giving me all these beautiful sales and terrible products. I love being panhandled and single, the homeless people on the side of the road. It really brings life to the streets of sporing town. We call Conwood Kissy face. Love you.

It was a nice shopping trip.

This Walmart had speakers on the outside of the store playing the radio. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before?! Also they had a bank in the store, and lots of fun quarter machines. My daughter got a dollar and exchanged it for quarters and got a gum ball and little sticky toy. It just made her day.

Great cashiers, great stock, lovely greeters. Customer service is great here.

My battery went down on the trip but they changed it promptly so we could continue our trip.... good staff

I always have an excellent experience when I shop at this Walmart. From going into the store to shop to ordering a pick up order. I have had no issues at all.

Always find shopping at Cottonwood Walmart efficient. Bill greets me at door.
Lizzy and Donna assist at self-check. Needed replacement for my lamp shade. Got it. Find what I need at good prices. Enjoy the bakery's sliced Italian bread. Best tasting in town.

Came into town late last night around 11pm and parked our RV overnight in this Wal-Mart parking lot. No issues, even though there were a bunch of “no overnight parking” signs. Purchased about $500 in supplies the next morning. Thanks Walmart for being such a great company.

Tons of employees and open registers. First time I’ve ever seen that at a Walmart. Clean and organized. Well managed. Kind employees.

It's Walmart. This location is always clean, including the bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Tons of housewares, clothing and food.

They no longer make keys! And they would not charge the battery for my watch that I purchased there!

The Auto service shop Team was prompt and courteous. David and Dillon were wonderful. My oil change was done before I got through grabbing a few things for dinner.

Nice tall carts with good wheels (amazing at a Walmart), good selection without large empty spaces that need to be re-stocked. The staff we talked to knew exactly where things were and were friendly and helpful. 5 stars all day long!
