Was stopped on the way to north Carolina, it was being Cleaned by new people. Customer service was great even though it was new start

Not well maintained at all. Not only is the pump area not maintained, many of the pumps are malfunctioning and there are spiders, webs and garbage everywhere, but also the gas lines are not clean, meaning your paying to add gunk and grin to your vehicle. Avoid this station if possible.

I did not go inside the store for fear of how dirty it might be, based on the condition of the pumps and the outdoor area.

Breakfast is not good, not fresh, not hot.

Update: If you take reports like this seriously, go do an inspection and check it out for yourself. You'll see what I'm talking about and what all the other reviews for the past few years are complaining about. And you want us to fill up a form, here is the form!

Worst gas station ever! 8 pumps, 6 of them had plastic wrapped around them like they were out of order. Can't imagine Shell would let these guys use their name. Bathroom has some type of incense lit with burn marks on the ceiling with smoke covering the top of the bathroom like a fog. Told the clerk and he just nodded like no big deal, fire hazard in a gas station, don't worry.

It was 10:06 at night, 6 minutes after closing. we stopped to get gas. Mid pump it cuts off. Our card had more than enough to cover for gas. The pump says pay clerk inside. The guy turns off the pumps! He does the hand sign "no can do". I understand wanting to go home but cutting off all the pumps?! That's rude.

Walked in after filling up on 3/28/21, and used the restroom. No paper towels available. Hand Dryer broken. And clerk was listening loudly to uncensored music dropping the F bomb every 5 seconds for everyone else to hear. My children, 11 and 9 got to come in and hear that filth too. Not happy.

Avoid this place like the plague. Disgusting owner, disgusting building. Beware hus sneaky gas prices- The regular is priced according to the market price, but the midgrade ans supreme are marked up a dollar more per gallon than they should be. Given how poorly maintained the machines are and with their scratched/destroyed screens, you won't realize that you were duped until you check the receipt.

Disgusting, rude clerk. Canceled my pay at pump transaction and refused to let me get gas unless I paid with cash and I was on empty with my 3 children in my car! Gas prices are always outrageous. Do not waste your money here.

Skip it. Go anywhere else... pumps are painfully slow, screens are burnt from the sun, they give you dollar tree bags... rather try and siphon gas from a neighbor than use their equipment...

Stopped by here on a road trip randomly chose this one due to the Shell brand. Tried 2 pumps all of them were pumping extremely slow. Disgusting place with cobwebs all over and crazy price markup. Shell you need to close this one for sure.

They only take cash and they have no signs on the pump stating that. The pumps are extra slow so if your in a rush and don’t have cash on hand do not stop here
