Big Lots

Bought my couch here, absolutely loved it! The young man who does the financing was SO helpful I forget his name though! I love my new couch. Pick up could've been a little better though. I also purchased the rug that was 150.00 which matches perfectly with my condo. And as long as I make the minimum payment of $34.00 (on time) NO interest added!!! Who hoo. Couch was 800.00 I feel like I went with the right one, the other option was little too big.

Almost always happy when I leave a Big Lots store. This particular one is very clean and tidy. People are always pleasant and happy to help. Will definitely come back

Joining the Buzz Club Rewards is so beneficial. Used my 20% coupon today and saved $10.00. I always take the opportunity to buy incidentals when I get a rewards coupon via email. Christmas trees a plenty and lots of fun Halloween decor in the stores now.
Their SoundBody products are equivalent to brand names.
The Port Charlotte Florida store that I go to, is always well stocked, clean and the service people are very helpful.

If there’s more than 5 star I would give only because of the staff Eric. Eric was exceptionally amazing. I have been to two big lots in Sarasota and Chicago but never have I experienced such a great,friendly,happy staff as Eric. He’s an asset to the company. This man with great patience and amazing customer service skill will soon be a manager. As long as we live in FL this store will be our 1st choice for shopping.

Besides my wife spending all our money their we are very happy with the quality of the products and staff. Warm local community store.

Still the best Big Lots store within 100 miles, shopping here is always great, prices are good, and you find items you didn't know you wanted or needed so happy you become.

Shopped around for a couch and found one we really liked but surrounding stores weren’t helpful at all. Called port Charlotte and talked to Ricky and staff. They were amazing! Above and beyond customer service. Would drive an hour again for any big lots purchases!!

If you're looking for a fall items, they currently have quite a bit there. Already started putting Christmas decorations out as well. 9: 14.22

Big Lots is just a fun place to shop

Everything clean, neat and tidy. Store clerks were friendly and greeted me nicely upon entering the store and at checkout. Small store but well taken care of!

I find Big Lots has great prices on some items but don't expect anything high end here. Much nicer place to shop now that they have rearranged and cleaned up the store.
