X-Mart Adult Supercenter

November 17, 2023, I stopped to look for a specific item for a friend in Germany. I was approached by a sales associate who asked if I needed help. She explained, in some detail, the various options of the product I was looking for, which was super helpful. She recommended bringing my friend to the store to make sure I was getting something they would enjoy. When I explained my friend was in Germany, she recommended I take pictures of various product - ensuring NO person in the store would accidentally be captured in the picture, so I could send to my friend. Unfortunately, I did not capture her name. Ultimately, I chose an item. When I got to the cashier, he opened the package, and installed batteries, to make sure it worked properly. He further recommended purchasing a lower quality battery, stating these devices will not last with Duracell or high quality batteries, noting they would perform extremely well, at first, but the internal components are not high quality, and won’t work with better batteries. I asked about other options, and he provided a verbal description of some that are USB Rechargeable, some of which have two or five year warranty’s. I felt absolutely NO pressure to buy ANY item. In the end, I purchased a slightly more expensive product, which has a five year warranty. This cashier’s name is Jake…, and I cannot speak more highly of him, in his product knowledge, positive personality, professionalism, and courtesy. Thank you Jake! And thanks to management for hiring quality staff. I read some previous reviews, and encourage clients to give these folks another chance, if you have encountered concerns. Keep up the great job!

I was worried about going because of the bad reviews about the women behind the counter and my boyfriend said let’s go anyways well we had a great experience she was very cool and professional and did her job and was very helpful! Thank you!

Young man with the gold teeth, didn’t catch his name, was very helpful and easy to talk to. If everybody had customer service like him, shopping would be a hell of a lot easier.

I like this store. But how in the world are you gonna charge my card again. I’m really mad and you need to resolve this problem!!! I paid for my stuff. It’s NOT my fault or my problem your cashier messed up. I swiped my card and it went through so how are you gonna charge me again two weeks later!!!

Upon entering the store, the customer is greeted by a jovial employee that welcomes them into a virtual mega store of its kind. Each type of product has its own clearly marked section which is easy to navigate through the store and within each section there is multiple options for varying budgets would it be low or high to the very high into the budget just budget there is. The store is one that I frequent often, and go out of my way to go to when I’m looking for such products I highly recommend it and I’ll probably see you there

This place is fantastic!!! TONS of variety. Very knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is very clean and well lit. They test and go over all the products before you leave to ensure they will work correctly. The staff is a lot of fun and will go out of their way to help you find the perfect thing for your needs. A+ in my book. Thanks for all the help and i will definitely be back.

Wide selection of toys, all packaging I picked up was sealed. Sales associate was very helpful, tested out to make sure it worked before purchasing. Will definitely recommend to other people.

Awesome Experience here. They carry the lovense Lush 2 which i know will make me lots of money (: Lots of quality products and a nice informative staff. Will be coming back here sooner than later.
