Kroger

Don't neglect all the different clearance sections. In this economy I always make the clearance rounds before buying anything else. Ridiculous that clearance prices are just what used to be normal prices, but here we are.

Christie the store manager, is an angel on earth !!
She intuitively knew that I was searching for an item (miso soup)
She asked me if I needed help and took me directly to the product that I’ve been searching for .. for months at tougher stores !!
I also was there with my new 93 year old church friend
And
Christie… without pause found us outside and in the rain she basically helped pick up the phone eldery woman named Mary Wilson
And somehow got her into my jacked up ford bronco !
And all with a smile !
She needs a raise or to be the CEO ! Bc Christie is amazing and also very pretty lol

I went specifically to buy crab legs with an electronic coupon, but was having trouble getting it to work at the self-serve checkout. I did not get her name, but an extremely helpful and knowledgeable Asian woman patiently walked me through the process. Thank you!

It was very crowded but I did appreciate the manager of this location calling cashiers to the front to help check out when it becomes busy.I I also witnessed a blind person coming in and asking for assistance on where to look for things and I was able to take a picture of this that was very helpful for the customer great customer service

Clean and well stocked. Produce always looks good. If you go early in the a.m. or near closing time, you may have trouble navigating the narrow aisles as there are bins, boxes, displays, blocking thru-ways. The woman who works the late/closing shift is kinda awesome. She always makes me smile, and often, even laugh, when I come in. I only go late, bc of my work schedule, and, even though the employees are, most certainly, ready to end their long day, they are always kind and helpful to me as I I start mine.

The employees in the bakery were wonderful. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and when I picked it up it ended up getting crushed in the parking lot, not their fault at all. I brought it back inside and Christie, the manager, made me a new one exactly the same right then and there free of charge. Thank you so much Christie!

I adore the employees, they do their job right. They always give good customer service to me, they help me with any question I have and even check me out in the lines, super fast. Kroger has really a wide variety of organic products. They have a great selection of fruits and veggies, it is small, but it is quality. They will always have great sale prices.
The parking space is great, never have trouble finding a parking space at any time of day. The good is organized, rarely out of place. The store remains clean all the time. I do love the promotions they have that beat the price of other stores.

Prices are good and the sales are GREAT! Customer service is always good but especially if Albert is your cashier! I'll even wait in a longer line just so I can have Albert be the cashier! He's courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable!

I'm giving my 5 stars to this location. Been here only twice and employees are always greeting and cashiers offer if needed help with carrying the groceries to vehicle. Place is also clean. Kudos to the person who is managing this place 👌🏻

Clean store and friendly staff.

I haven't had any major issues. I just want CORPORATE to remove the frozen/refrigerated dog/cat food, treats, etc. from the refrigerator that houses my Bluebell & other refrigerated foods.
Please give them there OWN refrigerator.

Feb 29 2020 I shopped here today. I asked the butcher for a brisket in my price range. He gave me several to choose from. I usually buy elsewhere. The briskets he presented were low fat like already trimmed. I am smoking it today. I already know it going to be a masterpeice. You want quality meat go to Kroger.

I love this Kroger because everything's always clean easy to get to and the customer service is great!

I have been using this store for many years and I have never had any problems with the service or the food. The personnel are very courtious and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who has to go shopping.

Good sales and customer service. Kroger products are generally good quality except the Kroger coffee is atrocious. I do shop there A lot and get much savings every week.

Love this place if you have your Kroger card or digital Kroger card you are in for cheaper prices

They always have good deals on products. I like getting the 10 for $10 deals. I also get coupons in the mail from Kroger for free products and don't forget the free Friday download!!!! Great store.
