I had an absolutely amazing experience. David, Michelle, and Trevor assisted me and were beyond helpful. I’m grateful to have a store like this, with employees like that in my hometown.

I love this place because of their knowledgeable staff. They are customer service oriented. You can always depend on their advice, service, and courtesy.

We were having some battery issues where the battery was draining for no apparent reason.
David came outside (just before closing) and tested my sons's battery. It read "Good Battery". So David cleaned my sons battery terminals and cable connectors or him and reconnected and tightened them down. He was very friendly and professional.
The main thing is that he took the time. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and that he did everything in his power to help us out. That level of service is rare nowadays and was very much appreciated! My family will be back!
The inside of the store looked amazing too. Very clean and well stocked and organized. Very nice store - frequent many autozones and this was the nicest in appearance

I was in to store 6525 in St Augustine. I received exceptionally excellent customer service from Devenear Scott. He was polite and very efficient. He went out of his way to find a part I needed at another AutoZone. I’m not use to such service these days.

I was broke down at this store and i got great help from both people there and especially Gabby. She made that the best experience at an autozone ive had. She helped with everything as far as getting the right part needed and went far and beyond to another store to help me, tools for the job , and was so nice. I absolutely recommend this place and getting service from Gabby.

I can’t say thank you enough to Dale and David who was very helpful and went above and beyond to help my driver. I spoke with both Dale and David very helpful and professional. Thank you guys I appreciate all that you did for us.

My battery died almost instantly. I called Auto Zone to see if they had a replacement battery for my vehicle. They not only had my battery but also offered to check it to make sure it needed to be replaced, and if so, could replace it for me. I was able to jump start my vehicle and drove there. They promptly checked my battery and found it was bad and expired. They replaced it with a new high quality battery and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Very helpful gentlemen working, I had a few questions about batteries and terminals and the guy I was talking to was more than happy to answer and help me with what I needed.

I love this autozone always have everything I need and the staff is incredible! The manager Daniel Cuadra is awesome definitely a very helpful dude! I recommend anyone to shop with this store!! Thanks guys!!

Excellent customer service. Had the part in stock and I was able to install with no surprises.

8:30pm this evening. I noticed one of my rear brake lights was out. I was in Palm Coast heading to st Aug. I called Auto zone on US1. Gentleman answered the phone, checked inventory. They had a replacement in stock. I asked when they closed he said 9:pm I said I would be there in 15 to 20 min. Sure enough. They had what I needed and even went out and changed the bulb !!!! outstanding service. 1st class and
very Profesional !!!

Great overall customer service without a doubt! However, one individual stood out to me both because of his knowledge and professionalism and because he made it his business to make sure my wiper blades were the right ones and on my vehicle the right way! 1st visit: Friendly and quick service on getting headlight replacement bulbs. Plus an extra bonus, they showed me how to replace my own headlights!

2nd visit: Susan was friendly while helping me select a new car battery. Mike was very helpful and efficient installing my new battery.
