This is the best store in Allentown, as long as they keep Heather the manager. Clean stocked organized employees enjoy being there and seeing you .

The prices are great and if you prefer name-brands they have great prices on them too. There are lots of good things too, t-shirts, clothes for children & adults, kitchen needs, cleaning products, all kinds of stuff besides just food.
The customer service is great too! My favorite place to shop 🥰

Everytime i shop here everything is always in stock, no long lines, fast and curtious service. Cashier"s are very polite and always says thank you. This place is always clean including restrooms. The prices are reasonable.☺ i love shopping here because of those reasons. The employees are very respectful and polite with customers.

I've had good finds in the clearance section. Typical dollar general...lots of stuff and honestly the prices with using their app for digital coupons on named brands things is superb. Definitely download the app and use your phone number at checkout.. super easy

This place has turned into a DUMP! Lots and Lots of out of stocks. Closes anytime they want in the middle of the afternoon or sometimes for the whole day and just throws up a sign on the door CLOSED like they did today when I was there at 5pm. You never know if they are going to be open or closed when you get there. Place is DIRTY all the time inside and out.

Looking for the most inexpensive generic OTC drugs or house cleaning products. When you've the 50 yard dash to your favorite store with no luck. Try $General!

How about 1/2 off the already 1/2 off section at the Catasauqua rd. Store just after the holidays.
