As a Senior, when switching out phones, I come into the store and ask the representative to assist me. Today was no different, other than the Customer Service was on point! Kudos to Miss Diana, she took great care of me!

I've been trying to get my password changed and my account set up for a long time. I've gone to 3 different Verizon and no one could help me until I met Ms Diana Sims she took care of everything I needed with a smile . Thanks for having her there

I purchased a phone in December and had a great experience. They were friendly, helpful, and listened to my concerns, likes and dislikes. They gave recommendations but did not push me to select a specific phone or type.

Last night, I returned to the store due to some issues with group text. Shakira and the general manager, Brandon Sanchez, were amazing!!! There was another person there who was extremely helpful too, but I didn't get his name.

My phone would not send or receive group texts, and they were determined to figure out why. Their customer service was phenomenal, not just with me but with others in the store too! I never once felt like I was a bother or hassle.

I am so appreciative of their help, and this experience has once again reminded me of why this Verizon store continues to be my favorite.

Devonte is the man to go to! I had the easiest experience getting a new phone, he told me about the deals they had going on, and was honest with what product would be best for me instead of just trying to get the most money possible, even though he makes commission!! Great customer service!!

Marsheila was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable ❤ She made the beginning of my relationship with Verizon a very pleasurable experience. I came in with plenty needs and I left out with none! I am very critical of customer service because I’ve been in customer service over 20 years and it matters to me how you treat people who just simply have a need to be fulfilled. Representative Mystery was not only patient with this elderly person, she was continually warm, friendly, & helpful. She never acted like I was a bother- even though my visit lasted over two hours. She was helpful & thorough, always checking to see if I understood all that was happening.

Mystery and Brandon are the best!! Mystery took the time to call customer service and help us sort out an issue that 3 other stores refused to do! Darnell was excellent. He was professional and nice. This was my first I phone and he was very patient with me. He made me feel completely comfortable with the phone. Darnell is a very special young man, knowledgeable and respectful. I had a great experience.

I had to visit the Stonecrest store location and I received exceptional customer service and assistance from Darnell. He was very patient as my issue took nearly an hour and I started to get frustrated he was excellent .

I was seen by Howard very courteous and professional. He was quite accommodating and with a smile.
