Been coming here for years and always provide fair deals but this time was above and beyond! Now, I hate that u have to pay in person and then come back and pick up your part. Hopefully, that can't be upgraded in the future. However, it's worth it and today, after making the long trip last week to pay, I was running late to pick up my part and Mariela stayed after closing to make sure that I received it. I was so late that I kept trying to compensate her in some way and she flat out refused!! She would hardly even let me thank her with words she was so humble. She would not take anything only happy to help and that is so rare in today's world. Make sure u guys hold on to her! She made having a car problem feel like a good thing!

I recently dropped a ladder on my tailgate to my F-150. S&W worked diligently to get the tailgate replaced like it never happened. Their customer service goes above and beyond great company !!!

I was referred to S&W by my mechanic. We had a blown motor on an Acura. I called JJ, and he told me about the motors he had on hand, recommended one he said was the “best.” It was the most expensive, too. I asked which he’d put in his car. He said, “I already told you. The best one.” “But why?, lower miles?” said I. “No. Because I’ve seen it. And I’ve seen the car it came out of. It appears to be a good motor. It’s what I’d choose.” Sounded legit. I took his word for it. Received electronic confirmation, paid electronically, it was delivered to the shop in under 24 hours, and the core hauled off. My mechanic called and said, “I got great news! This is a really good motor.” The timing belt and water pump looked new. The engine was very clean. No need to go through anything. By the next morning, the car was ready to go. I cannot convey how nice it is to entrust something like a remote engine purchase to a guy who just came across as authentic on the phone. He was knowledgeable enough to make an educated assessment about the routine maintenance, etc, the previous owner had put into the car. Great service. Thanks a ton!

Today, I Called in. I was 2 buttons away from a live person. Nick Bevilacqua answered and was easy to talk to. He listened. He answered my questions and told me the few different options/pricing for engines on one vehicle and a transmission on another. He told me a realistic timeline to expect. I liked the numbers he gave me and 20 mins after we got off the phone the invoice was in my email. It took about 2-3 minutes to pay it without hassle. I look forward to my parts and was very pleased with Nick and S&W. Keep it Up!

You'll travel miles, on top of miles after coming here. These guys are genuinely nice, service is fast and I've yet to see them not have a tire ready for the consumer. If you've searched and found Al's you've found the right place.

The process was easy. You come in and they ask what the vehicle that you are looking for a part. They you a list of vehicles and you go take off the part you want. Just make sure you bring your tools. As for price. Just 2 dollars and if you are a active or retired military the entrance is free. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I called before I came to pick up an engine and transmission. They were very friendly and helpful. This is my first time dealing with S&W and I will be dealing with them again. So far I can't complain. The transmission wasn't up to spec so the sales rep went and got me another one. They take care of their customers.
