Ordered 2 Bagels toasted today(Sunday). I requested Cream Cheese. Lady at counter failed to tell me Cream Cheese had "Pecans or Almonds" are something. Almost found myself getting Sick before Spinning Music at Fashion Show.

Quick Taste and place Cream Cheese to the side. I love my Bagels. Spinning Music at Glitz Banquet Hall at Stonecrest Mall.

A visit to my neighborhood Panera Bread was nice. We are enjoying the Fuji Apple salad. The dressing is amazing! I ordered the Turkey Chili, and it was so comforting and tasty. It was in the evening so the ambience was quiet.

I come in here almost everyday. It’s never a miss. The manager is simply amazing and I can tell he leads his team. I always see him assisting with everything down to clearing tables in the dining rooms and at times taking orders. The staff is always pleasant and the food is yummy.

Great staff. Great consistantly High quality food. Lately I find myself traveling a lot. In Iowa, Nort Carolina, Georgia. If I see the sign on the road, I KNOW I will get great food. Healthy options. And reasonable prices. Thank you.

I love the Panera location in Lithonia, GA. The staff is an amazingly friendly and great example of superior customer service. My food is always fresh and appetizing. I have had an experience where my food was wrong and they immediately took ownership and corrected it. This is a dope spot for business meetings or just to come lounge and gets some studying on. The restrooms are always clean and refreshing.

I always get the Asiago Bagel with Cream cheese and a refreshing Green Tea to accompany it. I appreciate Panera’s fresh ingredients and menu items available.

Finished up my workday here one afternoon. Food was good. Had the ham/Gouda baguette, broccoli cheddar soup and a cinnamon roll. The strawberry mint drink was too sweet (for my taste). The reason for the five stars was due to the friendly efficient service and a conversation I partially overheard between two (managers maybe). They spoke very professionally and positively about their staff members even when discussing areas for improvement. This was so refreshing to hear because usually I hear managers being short with employees in front of customers. Kudos to the management of this location!!

I love coming here for business meetings. Our local writer's group in Stonecrest used to meet here all the time. My last visit was with the Stonecrest Chamber of Commerce and I enjoyed this delicious green smoothie and egg, avocado, spinach sandwich. Great morning starter.

Panera Bread catering is amazing! I can always count on this place to handle large and last minute orders. The food is always fresh and well put together. An employee by the name of Thomasia is such a thoughtful and extremely professional young lady. She always delivers our food on time and has such a pleasant personality. I hope she never leaves! I highly recommend this location.

It was amazing. I ordered just before closing, and the manager looked sad because there were some issues with her staff being overworked that day, and she apologized just as 6 more customers came in behind me. Everyone was very pleasant and nice even though it was 5 mins until closing and people were still coming in and I even got a free drink for waiting, customer service with a smile even in a bad situation is what every company should strive to achieve. I am very proud of everyone there that night that lived up to my expectations of this Panera bread. They have always been professional the 10 plus years I have been going.

Chaunnie was great! So welcoming and nice. Gave great customer service which seems so hard to come by now a days. I love this location as my food is always fresh and good. She made my morning and hopefully she does the same for you!

I ordered through uber eats and part of my order was missing so I attempted to resolve through uber. Customer service is awful as usual. However, I just called the store ( 8/3/23 @ 8am) and the young lady working was pleasant and didn't hesitate to honor the missed items and apologized. I appreciate the customer service I experienced and she brightened my morning with her tone and concern.

I originally ordered the Mediterranean bowl (because they were out of the ingredients for the broccoli 🥦 chicken teriyaki 🥣) and didn't like it. However, thanks to the friendly/kind management (Rachel & Jhon) they replaced my bowl to what I really wanted(Chicken teriyaki) hassle-free! I appreciate your generosity as well as innerstanding! I had a tuna sandwich with chips and chicken noodle soup, however I didn't eat the chips and the tuna and soup was very good no long lines but what was it was manageable I loved it I loved being out and able to share lunch with my daughter.

Jonathan was so incredibly accommodating and kind. He noticed that I was struggling to carry my order, so he came up and offered to help. He helped me family's lunch all the way to my car. Such kindness is a rarity these days! Thank you Jonathan for making my day with your amazing attitude! Best customer service I have ever had. We will be back because of him. Panera is lucky to have Jonathan as an employee!

This location is so convenient and pretty fast. This time I got the Baja Bowl with Chicken. I asked for the yogurt on the side because I was going to eat it later and they followed my instructions perfectly. I love the creaminess of the avocados and all the flavors blended together! I love trying different things but this is one of my faves.

Today I added a cinnamon roll to my usual order. I wasn't disappointed, absolutely delicious.
