So to be forthcoming with information, I rehab properties. Lots of properties and I buy a lot of paint. Lots. Of. Paint. Once upon a time I bought at the big box store then tried this Gem. The staff is great!! Knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. They have helped me make decisions on new colors, color-matched an 1890 house (talk about old paint to match!!), offered different types of paint qualities to get the best match for my project and have been really great while doing all this. Thank you to the management for hiring amazing people!! (heart emoji)

I discovered that I'd brought the wrong can of paint in to get deck paint after purchasing 3 cans. The dab of color looked right. When I put one can on the deck, it was far too light in color. Jesus at the store spent a lot of time helping me to get a color that I can use. I really appreciate his help in solving a problem that I created. Great customer service.

SW takes the time to listen and help me pick out the best paint. Because SW sells only paint & supplies, it's their specialty. They really know their stuff and stand behind their products. My family has used SW paints for years. We talk colors in SW color names. My Oak Cliff store remembers me when I come in and makes me feel special. Thanks y'all!
