CVS

It was 11.20pm on Christmas Eve when I realized I needed a last minute gift. The only store around my neighborhood that was open was CVS. I was able to find the gift and more. Thank you guys, ya saved the day.

After repeating negative experiences at a nearby store, this location was a breath of fresh air.
A sister store was out of an antibiotic my son needed. That store didn’t bother to tell us where we could go- I had to call, wait, ask for the transfer. Sister store claimed they were going to transfer the script. As I would find out later, they failed to do so. I showed up to the drive thru at this amazing store and they finally found the script that had not been transferred. The pharmacy tech jumped into action and worked with the team to have it ready in 10 minutes. I even got a call from the pharmacist to verify we understood the medication administration and storage instructions. The experience was a breath of fresh air. It feel like the small town community pharmacy I grew up with, and for that, I was grateful.

I have nothing but great things to say about this pharmacy. Service was prompt and amazing. I even had an issue with one of my prescriptions but the pharmacist Dr. Hunera was able to correct it in less than 24 hours. Even though they seem short staffed, she made the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions! Thanks for ensuring your patients safety always! I have never had such a great experience from any pharmacy to this date! Everyone was so nice!

I absolutely love this location and the pharmacy is absolutely fantastic. They are always incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend this location over other nearby CVS’s.

Update...This cvs really stepped up their game. Been going here for a few months now and the staff is awesome. Store is always clean and pharmacist is friendly and helpful

Original (3 stars): Very new and clean. No real complaints, but I wasn't wowed with the store customer service. Hoping they will figure things out a bit once they have been in the neighborhood a bit longer (will review again in another month or so). Happy to chat if a Mgr wants to reach out to me.

Well I’m usually real quick to complain, especially with the pharmacy at places. But let me tell you. Megan (sorry if I spell it wrong),the pharmacy manager, is amazing. I’ve been through at least 4 doctors in 6 months. And I finally found someone who actually helped. So I usually fill my
Prescription here at 106 W Davis, but the one on Sylvan was easier to get you on my way home. Hey said my prescription will be ready in an hour and I called three hours later I heard they were fused to fill it (not blaming them because my situation is a little different). So I had my doctor called to say It
Was okay to fill, but they still wouldn’t fill it so they said I had to go to my last pharmacy (not
Blaming them at all). Long story short they ended up only filling 1/3 of my order the other CVS and told me I had a pick up the the script they had there would it feel it normally put it in the system. Megan saw was getting a little bit flustered so she gave a couple options that made it a lot easier than me. She’s always quick to get my stuff done, even when she’s by herself and working window, and the phone, and a line of people. She’s never rushing and treats everybody with the same respect. And that is amazing customer service. Thank you much. You caring just a little bit yesterday went a long way for me after such a bad day and that’s why you always have a loyal customer thank you Megan

Don't know what all the reviews are talking about, I went in here at 2 AM and the staff was readily available and helped me faster than I've ever been helped at any other store. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

The pharmacist Maria was incredible! She’s so helpful and obviously genuinely cares about her customers. She went way out of her way to help us today and I am so thankful! I will be switching ALL of our family’s prescriptions to this location.

Your pharmacist Maria is the absolute Best!!! Amazing customer service skills! Give her a raise and give her a house in the area so she never leaves!

Real nice people, Maria is a great pharmacist she trains all this teenagers and she is very patient with them and professional with co-workers and clients, everyone is polite in general.

The pharmacists here, Meagan, is always there and is obviously dedicated to her “flock.” I really appreciate her dedication to this location. It shows! Great work!

I went to the Drive-through to pick up my Prescription one of them was very expensive told Roberto in the pharmacy that I did not have any insurance he said let me see what I can do for you he really helped me out by getting the price dropped he did a great job and was very professional thanks and keep up the good work
