Big Lots

I purchased a Christmas tree online 4 days ago. The next day, I went to pick up my tree, and on the same day, they started a 75% off on all Christmas products. I purchased my tree with for regular price and they gave me a discount because I pick it up on the day they started the promotion.

This is such a nice place to go shopping and pick up some much needed items. I went today 3-9-2020 to get some toothpaste and mouthwash because I had a cash back deal from my bank. To say that the employees were nice and helpful is not even giving it justice. They were so kind and helpful that I was blown away. When I was at the register I noticed the nicest gazebo and I asked the cashier about it and she told me about it. I was in somewhat of a hurry so I didn't go over and look closer but it is definitely worth looking at if you need something in your backyard. They also sell furniture and it all looked very nice to me and very well priced. Overall I would highly RECOMMEND this place to anyone and I will definitely be back to shop here. Thank you again to every employee that offered me help and just said hi and if you need anything please let us know. ( They even have a rewards program so that could be very beneficial)

Been going to this establishment since 1996. Things have changed. It's getting better. You still can't beat the chicken! I don't know how they do it, but me (and folks at my job) love this place! If you are new to Dallas, give them a visit.

I walked in and was greeted. They have some really nice couches. Will be purchasing online.

Staff are always friendly and inviting. There might be a line to check out, but it's almost always worth it.

Big Lots has a lot of nice merchandise for the holidays. I also bought some sweat pants at a good price.

We recently purchased furniture at the Big lots location in Rowlett, and the service here each time we had to come back to pick up a piece exceeded our expectations. The staff has been genuine, caring and knowledgeable. They've also been very helpful carrying out the pieces to the car. We will definitely be coming to this location anytime we need to go to a Big lots.

I have always Loved shopping at Big Lots but I will say that I Love this location since it was well organized and very clean. The staff here has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I will be shopping here at this location a lot since it's extremely close to me.

This Big Lots location is always so organized and clean! As a previous retail manager I am so happy to see that the store manager at this location is always on the floor either helping his co-workers/employees or he's giving them instruction on what to do so that no one is standing around idle. He is always so welcoming if he's around when we visit. We don't live close to this location, but whenever we're in town for work, my husband and I love stopping at this Big Lots location. They're the best!!

Great selection of pretty much everything. I came in search of Christmas Cards. HUGE MUST for my Christmas. The staff were very accommodating. I was really impressed by that. People were just cool. Great prices...even greater at the register. I was thinking that I needed to come here (my 1st trip to this location) because the BIG W_____T had some SAD LOOKING as well as EXPENSIVE & the SMALLEST, TRASHIEST Christmas Card selection EVER. Thank God I swung by. I'm a low budget chic with an eye for "No freaking way" style that I can usually get .....but this year whoa! Thanks Big Lots....I'm happy.

This is the ONLY PLACE I can find EX-LARGE puppy pads for a reasonable price. The prices for OTHER items though have gone up quite a bit in the last few years. The stores @Big Lots are ALWAYS very clean and organized.

They've remodeled since my last visit and I really liked the more spacious layout. The checkout lane was crowded (too narrow) with everyone trying to stay with their baskets. That and NO cart wipes are my only complaints.
