Kelly in the blinds/window treatments department went above and beyond to help us find the right blinds for our home! Definitely recommend Kelly and Lowes for your window needs! A+++

Went to get keys after moving, one of the few places that's not 10+ bucks for a standard brass key. Self-serve machine and employee-driven available, about the same price. Friendly and helpful employees, seem to enjoy being there - Didn't run into any that seemed to have their will and spirit drained, might have just been early in the day still.

Nason was really helpful! I was getting a tool box set and he took the time to help me find the right one, he also loaded it into my car for me!! Really appreciated all the help as it was a gift for my boyfriend. I went in alone so having him find it in the store & do the heavy lifting was a big relief!

Just took trip to Lowe's and was pleasantly surprised by their friendly/helpful service.
They always ask if they can help, but today went beyond.

A couple of employees helped get sheets of hard to reach OSB and then they took it out to our truck; loading it and the rest of our purchase. Friendly the entire time.

Brooklyn was the associate that helped me out today and I just wanted to write a review as she very well may have been the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever come across in the customer service industry. She knew where every thing I was looking for was, had answers to all of my questions, and was incredibly nice throughout everything!

I dont know much about electrical and was sent to lowes by my uncle to get a double pole breaker. I had with me a single breaker that came out of the box and a photo of the panel's breaker types it accepted but i still wasnt finding what i needed. Julio helped me and after he had me describe what we were doing, he got me a compatable part thats actually called a tandem, whereas a double pole is for 220 appliances, we really just needed to turn one slot into two switches in one single slot. I'm so appreciative that a skilled electrician is working at lowes, taught me something, and helped me get my new outlet working so running the air fryer and toaster at the same time didnt trip a breaker.

I m GC i used to be lowes pro but i had to moved off for a few years cuz they service it was very bad but its been couple times i been lowes in the valley and I love it now
Their service its the best so lowes in the valley are very nice and loving in glad thus company are getting better on providing a better service to all of us .

Also I do believe they should have other cashier on the loading area cuz always we are many people waiting and 1 of the cashier most of the time its closed so you guys really need to get someone there on morning cuz that's when we shop around so anyways thank you for your hard work and hopefully I do not regret about switching back from home depot and go back to lowes so let's give it a try again 😀

They were very helpful when we needed their help on tankless water heaters

We had to return a bad snow blower and the Lowe's we went to made the return so smooth and easy.

They were very helpful and friendly. We needed a piece of plywood cut, they got it done. The person that did it was very nice.

I thought I would try curbside pickup. Online ordering was straightforward, I received a confirmation of the order and a Ready-for-pickup email a couple hours later. Once I parked and called it wasn't long and my order was brought out. Awesome! I'll definitely do this again!

Update: The Lowes located off Sullivan on Broadway has been my favorite location. Helpful staff and not usually too busy.

The kind lady on the self checkouts #2#3 was very kind. She showed me how to use them, explained if I ever needed a bag there free, Thank-You Lowe's that's what matters 💯

I went to check out,their 2x2x8 boards for a shelfing unit i want to make,but my cart to me over to the plant section,on my way to check out ,I needed my two plants marked down to 1/2 price, from the clearance area,and Randy from the liberty lk store assisted me with that ,the 1st person I asked, didn't know how to mark it down,and was going to ring me up at full price 😢

The guys that work the Pro Desk at this Lowe's are amazing. They make my life much easier.

We came in today to look at cabinets for our home. Thank goodness we ran into Joe. That guy is amazing and the store is lucky to have him. I stopped in first thing this morning, and was blown away at how neat and organized the indoor lumberyard was. I need help getting some lumber down and sam showed up quickly and was very friendly. Great leadership 🤌🏽
