CVS

I recently switched my families prescriptions to CVS due to many issues with Walgreens.

Here are my opinions of their pharmacy services.

1: Friendly and empathetic. They have taken the time to talk to me about prescriptions in a compassionate manner to inform me.

2: Much faster service. Unlike their competitors they have someone manning the drive in counter and a separate person handling the walk in counter. Critical difference between CVS and Walgreens.

3: Quick follow up from doctors apt to picking up a prescription. Within an hour of my wife’s doctor appt she was notified via text her prescriptions were ready. I drive down and very quickly picked it up with no hassle.

I don’t have much experience shopping in the store outside of the pharmacy, but my brief observations are favorable.

1: Clean, well lit, well stocked.

2: Friendly staff.

I have always gotten fantastic service here. Granted I usually am only in here for pharmacy but I've never had issues when I've gone inside and purchased things here either. The pharmacy has always been more than accommodating and it's never taken me more than one call to get any insurance issues sorted. I will always recommend and use this CVS for my meds.

So many bad reviews but all I do is go here for the pharmacy and they are always polite and nice. The actual Pharmacist is the nicest man I have ever met! (wears the white coat) he helps the Techs when the line is long and always smiles. The Techs are doing the best they can this CVS is very busy and you can tell the high volume of prescriptions they have because they don’t have enough storage space for it all. They fill my prescriptions extremely fast and I love them ❤❤

Great service. I asked for a question the cashier immediately assisted taking me to the pharmacy consultant and cleared my questions. The cashier is very nice person to help.

I had questions for the pharmacist and he made himself available to me quickly. He is very resourceful and answered my questions. Overall it was a really good experience!

Great customer service! Pharmacy Technicians were speedy & efficient. Good sales on items I needed also. Hutto, 301 Chris Kelly Blvd across from Circle K gas station!

AMAZING pharmacy staff!! The staff at this pharmacy is unmatched to anywhere! They have made my transfer of prescriptions from Florida Walgreens to Hutto, TX seamless for my husband and I! I attempted to use the other chain in Hutto but they were absolutely hoterrible. Thanks again everyone at the pharmacy that worked as a team to help us!

Excellent pharmacist especially Laura! Very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Very friendly location and staff named Angela. The staff At the register also very helpful. A very genuine and kind. The store is always clean and well stocked. The Managers are nice as well.

Pharmacy staff Always offering me coupons since I have no insurance at this time. Usually no long wait Inside

I've used this pharmacy for 3yrs. I've never had a problem. They have been helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

The pharmacist are phenomenal, my favorite is Sarab. They know everything and are ao sweet and willing to help. I seriously think my quality of life would be terrible without their help!

Dr Green is an excellent pharmacist and has a great attitude 👍 and this CVS is always stocked.

Went there for my covid-19 vaccine. I checked in,minimal wait and was done. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Good experience all around.

We changed from the Walgreens pharmacy to the CVS pharmacy after it opened. The staff there are very kind & caring.

Staff is very nice always love to make small talk and will always greet you on the way in
