Wow, there has been such an improvement with pharmacy after new management. So glad they made the change.

The AC has been broken for a few months now at the Walgreens in Hutto on Schmidt Blvd. The chocolate is melted. It's ridiculous. A billion dollar franchise and they are still waiting on a part!!! I feel for the employees who have to be in the store for 8 hrs. Replace the unit. Your products are going bad and it's not a proper working environment for your employee's

I come here often and sometimes I get sad because they never really gave anything hello kitty but I got lucky to snag two things that where hello kitty there I wish they would get more things from that brand ended up getting the heart chocolate and cup there the rest are from other places

I like that they have a FedEx drop-off at this location.

Store is well stocked but service is poor. Staff is unfriendly to the point of being confrontational. Would not recommend visiting unless there’s no other option.

FYI this pharmacy opens at 10:00am. I am having to wait 30 minutes until the drive through because they offered a 9:30am covid test appointment.

Pharmacy Service is very poor. Girls in the counters act like as if they are busy and keep cracking jokes without attending the waiting patients. They have a negligence attitude even in their communication. Always delayed my prescription and do not have courtesy to inform me on the delays.I would never recommend this pharmacy.

Delays upon delays and won’t communicate why. I just need very simple meds due to illness and have to wait until the next day for unknown reasons. They don’t care. They are dismissive and rude. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but please show some decent human compassion for people.

We went this past Saturday to pick up a few things. We were standing in line and there was an elderly gentleman standing at check out. Such a sweet guy. He had to be about late 60s early 70s. The cashier was a guy I didn't catch his name but he was so very rude. The older gentleman had snacks and a case of beer. The cashier very loudly said sir ID and the gentleman said I'm sorry i don't have it on me. The cashier very loudly yet again said well I can't sell it to you then. Which by the way again you can tell this gentleman was way above 21. The older gentleman checked his receipt and couldn't really read the small writing and asked if the beer was on there since he wasn't able to buy it and the cashier took the receipt and said it's not on there just your snacks and began to loudly announce what his items cost and the total. I spoke up and was ignored. A older woman came up and replaced the cashier and he went to the other side. We thought okay this has to be better. Nope she was as rude as he was. All I know is that I have never seen someone treat a very nice elderly man that way. Walgreens get your employees and their rude power trips under control. Most of the time everywhere I have ever been anyways if you look over 40 they do not card you but here you take from people you can truly tell are elderly. Stop embarrassing people and get it together!!

Very poor pharmacy customer service and critical thinking with the front window employee (didn't catch her name but she was wearing heart shaped eye glasses). She failed to do the following below that resulted in a very poor experience and demonstrates she needs further customer training or a different job.

1. We walked in to get a vaccine (the day before Christmas a gentleman told us walk in's are accepted). After signing paperwork, we waited for more than 30 minutes (no one else was walking in for vaccines), which lead me to ask how much longer the wait would be.

2. Her response was, "There are people who scheduled appointments online and we have to see them first before you," (this was understandable). Therefore, I asked if we could schedule an appointment for a later time to prevent waiting longer. Her response was, "You can schedule online." Confused, I asked if we could schedule in person since we were already there. She stared at me, made an unpleasant face and mumbled, "Yea."

3. Afterwards, I asked her what time we would have been seen and she said, "11 am". Shocked, I looked at her and replied, "You expected us to sit here and wait for 1.5 hours without telling us A.) you have other customers in front of us B.) we need an online scheduled appointment to get first priority and C.) informing us of how long we are expected to wait? Her response was, "You can book online," with attitude. I replied, "As an employee, it's your responsibility to inform customers of the wait time and reason, not expect them to sit here for hours clueless that an online appointment is requested or mandatory to be seen quickly. Her poor response again was, "You can book online". Again, I had to explain how her customer skills are a deficiency in the pharmacy's process.

This is an extremely poor representation of customer care, and critical thinking. It also demonstrates laziness and failure to recognize and accept a wrong action that clearly needs improvement. Employees need to be properly trained to improve customer experience and drop egos. Management should have a weekly 1-1 with employees to improve conversation and people skills to prevent this deficiency in the process from affecting business.

Store hours say they're open at 8am. It's 9:05am and it's still closed. Get a new manager in here please, this store has trouble service.

We came here for a passport photo, after 10 mins of waiting, a lady finally came to the counter and just told me that she couldn’t not do any passport photos because today she’s short handed, although I can obviously tell she just doesn’t want to do it. LAME! Avoid this place.

I went to pick up my medicine around 3 pm. I was told to come around 6 pm. I got in the line to wait 30 minutes and it is not ready. Asked to wait for another 20 minutes $!@#*. I do not know this review will help. This place rating already says everything. It seems owner doesn't care about it.

Dr sent in my prescriptions 3 days before my surgery. Walgreens said they would fill and did but couldn’t have them until surgery day. Then closed due to no staff and no communication to customers. After surgery had nothing for pain because walgreen is closed for business and dr had to call a new pharmacy and by then it was too late they were all closed. Now trying to pick up pain meds after a long night without them after surgery but can’t from new pharmacy because Walgreens filled pain meds and refills cannot be done before a specific date. (Controlled substance rules I guess). Will never use Walgreens again.

I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy in Hutto for over 10 years and the last year they are awful. I had 4 prescriptions to pick up which were supposed to be ready had to wait over 30 min. There were 5 customers waiting in the pharmacy for late prescriptions. Sometimes pharmacy is closed with no warning like at 2 because of no employees..

I came with my infant for a passport photo at 9:43 pm but the lady started yelling and said “this is going to be a problem” and this happened twice!

I went in on a Sunday morning to this store and waited for more than 30 mins for the photo service people to take a passport photo but they couldn’t and I had to go in only after 9:40 after my work on weekdays but the lady was so rude and yells at customers!! One of worst stores to go to!!!
