My company did their floors, they look excellent now!!! You can go in now and get great deals on great floors!!! We keep it neat where you put your feet!!

I like doing business here because they almost always have what I need nine times out of 10. And if not they are very good about ordering it and getting it there in a very timely fashion. Have a good selection of tools and a lot of different color spray paints, different brands and grades of oil, filters and the list goes on.

Helped us get our windshield wiper on without charge—went above and beyond!!!

I work here. I love this store and the job. Nice place. Come on in if you have any car needs and we will fix you up.

Store was amazingly clean, well organized. Employees were super friendly, even had one of the gentleman come out change my headlight bulbs for me and I purchased them somewhere else, but they are that willing to help and in my opinion that's hard to find these days... 2 thumbs up for this store 👏👏

The employee Tim really helped me out. I was driving around with no running taillights and he showed me how to change a headlight bulb. If you want an auto parts store that knows exactly what you need and how to help you I highly recommend this place. I’ll be coming here more for any upkeep parts or auto accessories.

Never have a problem with this crew, other shops I've been to mistakes were made constantly, usually costing me more time and money. These guys here seem to know what they are doing, they will help you with whatever they can.

All of the sales people are courteous, good product knowledge and pleasant.
Mr Tim is the stand out.
He makes sure that you understand the system in your vehicle that the part he is assisting you with will interact with. Advance is maybe 5% to 15% higher price than Walmart or Auto Zone.
When you are fortunate and have a salesperson thinking with you on your automotive project it easily pays the difference back in time.

I am ONLY speaking of my on my recent experience with the HARDY STREET location... I ordered a ball joint online which was my first mistake I was unaware that on my vehicle the ball joint needs to be purchased by joint bracket combo. I called the Hardy Street advanced auto and I stuck with Jeremy do you was simply amazing he went out of his way to help me resolve the issue that I have end it is fixed thanks to Jeremy! Good job! good job Jeremy! I also had a great experience with Cindy here at this location thank you kept me as a Returning customer at advanced auto parts you both are very appreciated by me.

Went in for a battery check/sketchy car battery and walked out with a new battery plus installation in less than 10 min(on a very rainy Saturday). Excellent customer service. Thanks for the kind and prompt assistance.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Plus their commercial guys are great. They are on par with other places with having parts on hand sometimes even better. I am in this business and have used all the parts stores in town and this is my go to.

Gotta leave this great review. Hat's off to Advanced Auto Parts on Hardy Street/98 in Hattiesburg, MS (in front of Hobby Lobby)!!! Short story...my headlight went out and I had no clue what to do...I just don't know those things. Whitney greeted me at the door with the most genuine greeting, listened to what I need (actually he told me he noticed what I needed when he saw me drive up), recommended (didn't push) I upgrade and replace both lights. He wasn't pushy at all. Once I'd bought it, he went outside and put them in for me!!! Extremely personable, gentlemanly, trustworthy and helpful. I won't go anywhere else for auto parts. I got there and was greeted as I walked in and after looking for what I thought was am easy item to find an employee asked if he could help.... I Came to find out that all light bulbs Are not created equal. Thanks for helping me by the right bulb first time.
