Hilton Durham Near Duke University

My experience was perfect. Checking in was professional and hassle free. Angel and Lisa at the front desk were the best. These ladies made my stay awesome. I had to copy some papers during my stay, and they were so delightful in helping me to complete that task. My daughter and I only had to spend one night, but the beds were very comfortable and the onsite restaurant and bar were a bonus. Great job everyone. Will plan to stay here again whenever I am in town🌺

Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating! I actually left something at the hotel and didn't realize until we were already home. They were very helpful in quickly getting my things mailed back to me safe and sound.

The location of the hotel is nice as well. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and many others that are just a short drive. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and friendly helpful staff.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from housekeeping to restaurant/bar to front desk. It is clean with spacious rooms and updated electronic charging stations in the room. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. I was here on a business stay overnight for just 1 night in between my busy work shifts as a nurse & it was everything I needed. It was CLEAN & QUIET. Very modern & updated. My King Bed felt amazing. A glass shower came with my King Bed suite & it was Top Tier. Check in staff was very nice & check in was quick. Can't wait to work in the city again so I can stay here again.

We have stayed several times at this Hilton during visits to Duke. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Lynette has helped us with some issues with the safe and heat in our room. She managed everything with so much kindness and efficiency. Our only complaint was that the room did not have an extra blanket and pillow which we really would have enjoyed.

Me and my family stayed here while my daughter was on a school trip. It was amazing, the staff was super friendly, very welcoming and helpful. They have games for the families to play around 5pm, they also had free cookies and hot cocoa for the kids. The fire pit outside wasn’t working but the young lady came and went above and beyond to get it started for us. They have keyless entry for the rooms using the app. The breakfast was beyond amazing. Overall get place to stay. Will stay again.

We stayed at this Hilton property for four nights. I found the hotel to be excellent. We are heavy travelers and expect properties to be clean and maintained. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. What made our stay especially satisfying was the assistance given to us by Lynette, front desk associate. We had to extend our stay in Durham. She was terrific in helping us make the changes to our accommodations. She is among the most customer centric hotel staff associate we have experience for awhile. Would definitely stay here again

We recently hosted our annual conference at this location. I was beyond pleased with the staff. Jessica McCabe helped us with coordinating this event and she was excellent. Shacura did an amazing job with room bookings and adjusted to our needs. Eva at the front desk checked me in with such ease and has a great personality. Immaculate helped with anything I needed and helped our guests check in and out efficiently. Donna was great with helping with any of our bar and food needs. Eugene is such a friendly person and was there to help us also. I couldn't get over how nice and helpful everyone at the Hilton was. I absolutely loved my room and plan to make another reservation in the summer to enjoy your pool. I would give this hotel and staff a 10/10! Thank you to everyone who helped make our event a success. The room was clean and Lynette at the reception was amazing. She took care of my concern on an early check in- late checkout without any hesitation. Great Hospitality with messages sent for dinner reservations and responses to anything else we need. The Breakfast is clean, healthy and delicious.

So for me I attended a Furry Convention and there were so many of us like over 1,100 people and the staff and everything was absolutely fantastic they were super kind and very patient. I have autism and the fact that the staff and everyone was so accommodating and really took their time with me was incredible. To give you an idea also on how amazing the staff and everyone was I also at the end of my convention accidentally left my bag that had lots and lots of valuables in there from the convention and my own personal items. The staff did not take anything from it they did not mess with the back whatsoever they simply marked it as forgotten and when I drove back to get it they went up to the housekeeping staff and they grabbed it. I cannot recommend this place enough. The only thing I truly can say is a negative is that this place will charge you for breakfast lunch and dinner when other hotels that's free hopefully maybe they will come around to that. But other than that these guys were super fantastic if I need a hotel in Durham I'm picking these guys.

Our stay at the Hilton was extremely nice! We had to be at the hospital early for a medical prouder for my husband, and these people went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress free. Should we need to stay in the area again, we will return to this same spot!

Great hotel, modern and comfortable. Staff were very accomodating. Especially front desk Lynette. She was so very kind to me during my stay. Seemed to be genuine and caring. Location is great, clise to Duke Hospital. Dogs were treated great as well.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel is in a great location and service was top tier. We were upgraded to an Alcove Suite which was super nice. The only complaint was the constant elevator noise in the suite. Each and every time the elevator was used, you heard it. The pool area looked so nice but we didn’t get a chance to use it on this trip. The hotel is clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Our stay at this Hilton was very accommodating. Our front desk clerk, Immaculate was very professional, personable, and informative. She has a great personality as well. I highly recommend this for facility!

Great location near highways Duke and downtown. Had an upgraded King room and it was great. Comfortable bed. Had the breakfast buffet good.

Travel I-85 a few time time a year. This is very nice Hilton, very comfortable beds. Clean. And a decent bar with food.

Would be great if they added EV chargers. 🔌

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Durham with the staff being so attentive and kind to my family, especially to my kids. Special shout-out to Immaculate and James (as well as the director of catering, whose name I did not get) for their kindness and thoughtfulness. Immaculate went above and beyond to make sure we had such an enjoyable time in Durham. The night before our stay at the Hilton, we stayed in a different, well-known, and more expensive hotel in the city, and the Hilton was definitely the preferred selection. Highly recommend to all visiting the great city of Durham!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a leisure trip. The front desk staff Adrienne was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. They were nice enough to accomodate a late checkout since I was working.

Every thing about our stay was awesome. Five stars to our bartender Ashley , she is definitely experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and a total delight. I hope she is there next year when we return.

I'm helping my daughter and her family move into their new home in Durham. The home isn't new, just new to them. First day in the house we discovered problems with the well. At 5:00 Sunday night, we had no running water. Thank goodness for Hilton - I got a room immediately and was treated to a comfortable bed, all the warm running water I could want and a scrumptious breakfast the next morning. Heather was a gracious, attentive hostess in the cafe. I hope the water starts flowing soon but if not at least I can go to the Hilton! Oh - and next time I'll remember to ask for feather-free bedding.
