MCAS New River Commissary

I enjoy shopping at New River commissary. It has everything we need. I personally prefer this size commissary as opposed to the bigger ones. The staff is always friendly and helpful and are very knowledgeable. The sushi that's made here is absolutely delicious! Prices are very reasonable compared to out in town especially the meat. I only do my grocery shopping at the commissary.

Has nearly everything I usually need and is rarely too crowded. Most prices are better than big name grocery stores. Very friendly staff.

Clean friendly place to spend loads of money thanks to inflation

This commissary is really nice. They always have what we are looking for, though they CAN be lacking on a variety of certain items. So far they've had the cheapest egg prices during the great egg surge of America. The meat is always fresh, as well as the produce. The employees are really nice. It's usually a very fast in and out trip for us.

I Go here every Saturday and some Sunday’s. The new river commissary has now in my opinion surpassed the camp lejeune commissary in most aspects and I prefer it most of the time. Now that is open on Sunday it is even better and more closely located for many people who live in Jacksonville and don’t want to drive to camp lejeune proper which is much farther.

This is a good place to shop. Some of the items are more expensive here than out in town but most of them aren't. It is definitely worth shopping here for the things that are cheaper. Those items tend to be a lot cheaper. The staff is always friendly.

Found all the items I needed today. The New River commissary is always well organized and quiet when I visit.

I love the new river shopping center because it is never as crowded as the others. It also has great prices, wifi, wonderful customer service and even during construction its clean! I saved at least $10+ today alone by shopping there instead of walmart and got the same items! Cheapest price chicken in town and great quality!

Love the commissary! The butchers boxes in the meat section are great prices if you like to buy in bulk.

Clean, organized, and well stocked. Check out lne is a short wait or no wait at all. Staff is friendly and provides service with a amile.

Very clean and everything I needed and a couple extra things too. And best part was seeing that Elke was still there!! She's such an sweet, beautiful human!!

I am reluctant to brag this place up, because it is the perfect little quiet comm and I don't want it to get busy. Good selection, good meats, amazing prices on some things not so hot on others (standard commissary issues).

Shop there all the time it was so nice cause it wasn't busy gave you room and time to look at everything they have you could really shop take your time it's always clean helpful the workers was there to ask if they could help you find anything
