The UPS Store located at 2230 E Franklin Blvd Ste 100, Gastonia, NC 28054 is a conveniently located store in Gastonia, NC. Near some large shopping areas. Service by Troy was friendly and quick. He took the time to listen to my shop by needs and concerns. There were 3 registers opened and all 3 weee busy. This is a very high volume store location.

I needed to scan some documents to send to someone and didn't have time to go to my place of employment to do so. So I looked to see if there was a kinko's still around and came by the listing of The UPS Store. I had no idea that they did so much. Scanning, faxing, copying, send out packages, and they also have a few mailboxes. Oh and the provide notary services as well. I'm not sure if it's personal PO boxes or not. The post office last pick up from them is 3pm and the UPS air last pick up is at 6pm if I'm not mistaken. Take a visit you won't be disappointed.

This place is ALWAYS so busy but the employee's take it in stride. I've watched them work together, without complaint to be as efficient as possible. Always courteous and quick. I appreciate their service every time I visit this store for all my shipping and returns. Thanks to ALL for your hard work! It does NOT go unnoticed by me, a person who very much values my time.

I've always had a positive outcome. It's very convenient for me to come to the UPS store. I absolutely love it and I think it's quicker than going to the post office.

The courteous way the employees treated all of us waiting to get last minute shipping done for Christmas while still moving things along in an efficient manner. Making it a pleasant experience for us all.

After reading some terrible reviews, but needling to return a package to a location close to work, I had quite a bit of anxiety about coming here. While I'm not sure what others have been through, my experience was a positive one. I viewed associates treating customers well, and my personal experience was extremely positive. Herbie was courteous and helpful. Based on this overall experience, I am giving my 5-star review.

My packages always arrive without damage compared to USPS.

So strange all the negative comments here. This is my go-to spot for Amazon returns. I come here a lot and have had nothing but helpful friendly service. And fast. Often there is a long line to the door, but it quickly gets handled.

This is the best UPS store in Gastonia. People go out of their way to help u with what ever u need. Never go anywhere else for my shipping, copy and etc needs.

I went there today after going to Spectrum 3 times to return my equipment and having lines so long I gave up. The man behind the counter was so pleasant and I was in and out in about five minutes. I was expecting a bad time from other reviews, but ups took my equipment easily and the man was very nice.

I had the most pleasant experience today at the UPS store . Brandy is fantastic. She’s very professional and sweet . Goes out of her way to help . She’s awesome - so as long as she’s there the store will be ok .

Great Quality, very timely, and GREAT STAFF/Customer Service; specifically Zach Craig. Every order is received and processed in a timely manner and always exceeds expectations. From Blueprints to Flyers/Brochures - I am never disappointed. Highly recommend!

Wesley was great to work with very professional and quick in getting my prints finalized and printed. A great gentleman to work with. My overall experience with each employee was amazing as well.

I have a mailbox at this particular location for work. Unfortunately I am moving and was going to switch stores to one in Waxhaw, until I met the people at the Waxhaw location. My company has a corporate account with UPS for shipping and the owner at the Waxhaw location would not accept it. He was very rude and even with me willing to pay for a year upfront for the mailbox he wouldn’t accept the corporate account that my company has set up with them. So I will travel the extra 40 minutes and stay with the Gastonia location because they have the greatest staff I’ve run into at a UPS store and I’ve been to a lot through out the country. They are AMAZING super friendly and always willing to help. And best part they honor the corporate account that’s set up.

They are always extremely friendly and willing to help their customers to the best of their abilities. I have never had an issue with them and I use their store very often even over other ups stores around the Gaston County area.

I want to give a shout out to Julie she went above and beyond for me I have been waiting for a package since last Thursday customer service was very rude and nasty but when she called me from the store she gave me the best customer service experience ever she was very professional, her personality was very awesome and she made sure that The delivery driver knew exactly where my house was and it will not happen again because she will put a note in my account for me thank you again Julie you are the best
