Viva Chicken Gastonia

The cook named Q is the best cook ever! We ordered and got our food 5 minutes later! The quality, presentation and freshness of the food were amazing! 10/10! We also were treated with tons of respect and were asked many questions while ordering to ensure that our ticket order was exactly what we desired!

This place has good food but it is always filthy and worn in appearance. Ladies restroom needs a hook on door for purses, and better cleaning. Now I wonder if employees wash their hands and what the prep area must look like. Someone pay attention please and make Viva chicken a cleaner atmosphere. Doesn’t take a lot of time. What’s up with the ratty trays???

I came in for a quick bite on the way to the airport and Gabe at the front counter was efficient, polite, and friendly. I ordered the Chicha Morada to drink (my favorite!), and the quinoa-stuffed avocado with the side of pulled chicken. There was a lot of balsamic drizzle on top, so the pulled chicken helped soften the flavors. It was a delicious dish and I felt healthy eating it. The lettuce was crisp, too, even under all of the food. Great spot!

Viva chicken tonight and as delicious as always. Jeffrey took our order and was awesome. 1 quarter chicken with green beans and fried rice, 1 with cilantro rice.

Viva Chicken.... consistently so frigging good! The Tacu Bowl is 100% my go to. I also love getting a side of Yucca!

This place was amazing. Jeremy was very helpful. To be a young man he was very polite and knew his products. He gave great descriptions and with a smile. Great job! Him alone makes you wanna go back

Here to re-state how great this establishment is & how wonderfully it’s ran! The staff is stellar & will always be courteous & helpful. I came in last week & ordered my usual - they missed an essential part of the meal & since I had caught it too late (already had eaten like 70% of it) - the manager Josh offered an IOU (replace it at no cost next time I come in). Came in today, Alisha at the front immediately recognized me & delivered on that! & I got an extra treat! Can’t say how much I appreciate the courteous & kind service.

You will find delicious, healthy options and really friendly service at this Viva Chicken. It’s so refreshing to have this place as an option. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the skin tastes so freaking good. They have lots of healthy sides to choose from and interesting drinks like a cilantro limeade. The place is really nice with cool tables and an enclosed outside eating area. All the workers were super friendly!

LOVEEEE VIVA CHICKEN!!! The moment you walk in staff welcomes you with a warm “welcome to Viva Chicken!” The guide you through the menu and give you some suggestions. I love the yuca fries, chicken fried rice and rotisserie chicken. For drinks, the herbal limeade is a staple!!!

Alexander had amazing service! He was super welcoming to me and greeted me with a smile. He was super friendly and sweet to me while taking my order. Alexander was overall very nice and happy to be able to serve. The food was amazing, the chicken is always my favorite when I go here!

Jeffery (Jeffer) was amazing, from the time we walked in he greeted us to taking our order and even came and checked on us while we were eating. Best customer service we had in a long time. Food was also really good, hot and fresh! 10/10 recommend

We ordered a whole chicken and multiple side dishes; Jasmine Rice, Canary Beans, Yuca Fries, a wrap for our Vegetarian, and Plantains. The food is always delicious, served hot, and the staff is amazing. Jeffrey took my order on the phone, was knowledgeable and kind. He was also the team member who brought my food to the car. His demeanor was friendly and he smiled while speaking to me. The value you get for the cost of the food makes me never want to eat fast food ever again. You couldn’t feed a family of five at any of the fast food places or get the quality of food you get from Viva Chicken. We will continue to go back.

Jonny was great taking my order and the food was great, we never have a bad experience here. Always get the family meal. Spend 30 bucks but get left overs for the next day 😊
